    Went for a Competition, stayed 1 night. Arrived only one elevator and Front entrance Blocked. Not a pleasant experience given $$.Then had a "adjoining" room with a VERY loud family. Front desk did not move us. Had to complain 5x!Very hard couch, dated room & rough linens

    Arrived at midnight and went to first room with two beds. Full of baby and adult cockroaches. Took videos and photos and went to front desk. Offered a new room but only had a king and pull out. No bugs but not equivalent room. Was told GM would be on site at 7 am. Checked out at 11 but not available. Left my number and asked her to call me. I called her two hours later and left a message for her to call me back. Applied a $50 credit to CC but still no call or discussion. Called Hilton Corp and sent photos and videos. I was offered a full refund and an apologyI stay in approx 80 hotels per year and have been traveling for over 35 yrs and have never experienced such treatment. DO NOT STAY HERE…..

    Update: I have returned home and found I have been double charged for my entire stay! Over $1000.00!!!!! I've written twice, and ZERO reply. Rating downgraded until resolution.Very good stay. Addie on the front desk was so helpful on check-in, and the room attendant was lovely. Pool was perfect and not too crowded, so I could swim a few (very short) laps. Loved having the fridge, and kitchen. Plenty of free parking, and only 3.6km from downtown Milton. A couple of minor points: the water pressure in the shower could have been better and the toilet cistern refilled about once every hour throughout the 3 nights I stayed.

    First - the staff excellent all very well trained and extremely helpful and customer friendly to a fault.A special shout out to Taz and Virginia - very good customer skills.The rooms are spacious, very clean - free parkingBreakfast - typical North American fayre - not brilliant but its included and it fills a hole - for me it was Tim Hortons round the corner for a sausage sandwich and a coffee

    Our recent 2-week Holiday stay at the hotel was a great and pleasant experience. Lucky, Virginia and the rest of the staff were welcoming, attentive, and helpful. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Good gym, pool, laundry, and places to work comfortably.We’d happily return in the future!
