    Location : In middle of Commercial Block, its a blessing for those who need stay away from residential area. Calm and Inviting atmosphere inside hotel. Big Huge Rooms, clean, with microwave, diswasher, and refrigerator. Clean bathroom, clean towels. Two queen beds, one sofa, one movable dinning table and plenty of other furniture and amenities to make stay as comfertable as luxury hotel even more. You will find something here which is very very useful for long staying guest. Coin operated Laundry/dryer service. For 2$ each you can wash your laundry and dry it. If you don't have detergent you can buy from front office. That brings us to Staff - Super duper friendly staff. Krishna and Ashish at Front desk and Mal are some of the most friendly people you can meet anywhere. Housekeeping staff too very polite and helpful. Rooms are slightly less sound proof as noise from nearby highway can be heard but it is not that much to get bothered.

    hello I had a very bad experience at the Brampton location . From the first day there were toilet issues and he stated that nothing is wrong. Few days later the toilet got flooded. We had to ask several times for the essentials. The staff had no courtesy as during my 5 day stay saw several new faces. As a Hilton member very disappointed. As someone visits from visits from US , it is your staffs duty to welcome them as guest. On top of this on the checkout day even though I had requested late checkout the started calling and knocking the door since 9 am (08.13.2025). On top of that they added the charge for the complementart water for Hilton guest.Very bad service and manager was never there . MR.NEERAJ KAUL HAD NO TIME TO CALL OR EVEN HELP THE GUEST . They told me that they dont have to follow Hilton guidelines . I would not recomend this property as the cleaning also an issue. very disappointed .

    Unacceptable Room Conditions for a Family Stay

    Before booking, I read several reviews praising this Home2 Suites by Hilton for being clean and comfortable, so I never expected what we encountered. We are staying here with our kids and were looking forward to a pleasant family stay, but our room was not clean — there was dried blood in the sink, a dirty shower, dusty surfaces, stained and smelly carpets, and even hair on the bed. The pillows were lumpy, the pillowcases were wrinkled, and the mattress was uncomfortable, making it very difficult to get a good night’s rest.My child has asthma and was sneezing throughout the night, which raised serious concerns about the room’s cleanliness and air quality. I reported these issues to the front desk, but unfortunately no immediate solution was offered.We still have 7 nights left on our reservation, and I am hopeful we’ll be moved to a properly maintained room. I will update this review accordingly if our experience improves. In the meantime, I sincerely hope management addresses these concerns so that future guests can enjoy the clean and welcoming stay that so many other reviews have described.— Sleepless mom

    If looking for a quiet hotel, look somewhere else

    I’ve visited this hotel multiple times, as others have mentioned, it’s a basic and economical option. However, the quality of the free breakfast has declined significantly over the years. There’s less variety, and the food is passable at best. The bedding is acceptable, but nothing special. The pillows are either too soft or lumpy, and they frequently smell of previous guests.Housekeeping typically comes every other day, but your room may occasionally get missed. Dirty towels are often taken away but not replaced. Hair from housekeeping staff has been found in the sink and shower. Cutlery may be missing from the kitchenette because stocks aren’t checked between guests.But the worst part is the poor quality of sleep and the unpleasant atmosphere at breakfast. The hotel caters regularly to large groups, which results in noise at all hours of the day, including late nights from 11 PM to 3 AM. The front desk responds and promises to send security, but it seems clear that a comfortable guest experience isn’t their main focus. They’re more interested in maximizing profits by catering to large groups for sports, weddings, or other special events.As mentioned, I’ve visited this hotel many times because the location is convenient for traveling in the area. However, there’s nothing of interest nearby. In the last year, I’ve made bookings at other hotels in the area and had a better quality stay. I might even consider abandoning this hotel altogether. If you’re traveling in the area, I suggest you don’t make this hotel your first choice.
