    We stayed here last week and I was very impressed, and would definitely stay here again and recommend. It is very clean. The rooms are spacious. The continental breakfast was hot and very good. It just so happened that Wednesday evenings they put on a complimentary evening social with food. That was a nice bonus. We also enjoyed the pool and hot tub.     We enjoyed this hotel. In a renovated room. Very clean, staff friendly. Very pleased and hoped to return in the future. However we checked out and flew back to uk. On arriving home realised we had let all the sweet treats etc in a drawer. Tried to call several times but phone went unanswered. Emailed and manager cc'd others to locate items. Initial response was 'we dispose of things within 24hrs of checkout'. We had not been checked out this long. Second email said 'items could not be located'. It was obvious items left in error. No attempt was made to contact us. We won't be back. So disappointed.

    Great experience at Homewood Suites Vaughan

    We were very satisfied with our night at Homewood Suites. The hotel has been renovated and some renovations are continuing so it feels very clean and fresh. The suite was very large and we were treated to a little surprise. We had a living room, bedroom, bathroom and little kitchenette - it was perfect. When you enter your room a big screen greets you with the name of the guest who paid (I imagine it’s too time consuming to ask for all the names but maybe adding and family would be amazing). Parking and breakfast our included. We enjoyed the mini waffles from the buffet. We had read some past reviews about cleanliness worries but it seems reviews were read and improvements were made as it was super clean. The reception and breakfast staff were very hospitable. They gave us two water bottles upon arriving. There are available sheets for the pull-out couch that is in the tv living area. We would definitely return to Homewood Suites in the future if in Vaughan. Tea and coffee are available in the room and lobby. The second night we had reserved at a different hotel originally and it did not feel as nice. Homewood Suites is the way to go and it’s very close to Walmart which is practical. Good job on the hotel team for their hard work.     Great place for family to stay

    Great place for family vacation next to Canada’s Wonderland. My family of 4 (2 teens sons) stayed here for week. We stayed on the 4th floor which was renovated. We had a room with a separate bedroom with 2 queen beds. My husband and I slept in one bed with my youngest son in the other. My eldest stayed on the pull out couch. What they did well:-clean room and hotel-great gym. It was being renovated just after we arrived so we had access to the hotel gym next door. -clean pool and whirlpool area. -awesome breakfast provided each morning. Each morning was a little different. There was lots of seating for breakfast. However some floors were closed for renovations, so less visitors -very friendly and helpful staff -lots of parking -kitchen was great to have -sink separate from tub and toilet, convenient for a family -comfortable beds and pull out bed -1-2 times a week they have a complimentary dinner which was tasty - lots of storage - walking distance to Walmart Not so good:-fan in bathroom ceiling but no way to turn on. A lot of steam after 4 showers-kitchen has place settings for 4 people. But only one pot and one pan. No bowls. While it has fridge, dishwasher, and stove stop, no oven. Great experience. Even with current renovations, it was a great stay.
