Location

Facility

The hotel has 394 rooms, which are located on 20 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Spent 3 days attending a conference on site - thoroughly enjoyed it. Yes, some rooms need an upgrade and they are getting there, valet would be nice as well. The washrooms are a tough small but that's not a biggie. Overall, worth it. Shout out to Nicole and Abhishek(?) ( new staff member in training ) for going above and beyond for guests. Will certainly come back!

    Location was perfect, minutes' walk from everything I needed. It presents as a modern hotel with Starbucks available from lobby, a lobby bar with piano near the fountain, clean -- if somewhat plebeian -- rooms. The rooms are spacious enough and well-organized. Bathrooms small. Staff friendly. Food decent. Not sure what's to be expected here for a baseline room on a business trip, but this was certainly satisfactory.

    Mis sold an upgrade on check in when we had been travelling for over 12 hours. Price billed on check out had additional charges not mentioned during the mis sell on check in.

    Hotel is in a great location. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Check in and check out was very easy. We parked our car and walked to everything..
