I had a great experience at the Residence Inn Marriott, thanks to Devish at the front desk. The welcome during check-in was warm and genuine, which set a great tone for my stay. Devish was incredibly friendly, professional, and went out of his way to make sure everything was perfect. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely cares about guests the way he does. His positive attitude and helpfulness made a big difference—thank you, Devish, for the outstanding service!

Our stay was amazing! Arnav was so accommodating as we were travelling with 27 students and were dealing with cancelled flights. He went out of his way to assure a comfortable stay for us! The rooms were clean and spacious! We would definitely return.

I can't believe that I keep coming back to this place. We come cause it's convenient and yet every time we come somehow we put in a complain about something especially the hot tub. The hot tub is scolding hot, I mean Super hot! I always complain about this and they say no one is here to adjust the temperature but I just don't understand why the hot tub is that hot to begin with. They keep saying they will lower and fix this problem and everytime we come it's the same. This time I come and they are under construction so we got all excited when they said we could use the next door hot tub at the Courtyard only to almost be burned by daring to put our foot in the hot tub. We couldn't believe it ... There hot tub was hotter than the one at the Resistance. I just don't know how this hotel could promote having a hot tub when it is hot enough to almost burn people and the one next door is somehow hotter. Very disappointing. My girlfriends and I try so hard to get away once or twice a year as hard as it is to get away from our husbands kids and life only to get here and be disappointed yet again not being able to fully relax and enjoy ourselves. We specifically book this place cause it has a 2 bedroom suite with a kitchen and a hot tub. Very close to our booking they sent me a message saying we can no longer have our 2 bedroom suite and the pool hot tub area is closed. They split our reservation into 2 rooms trying to accomodate us but I wanted to cancel until they said the hot tub at the Courtyard next door was working so we settled and stayed there. Well, I have never been so disappointed about this stay as I am now. I just want to understand who in there right mind thinks that the temperature in both these hot tubs are acceptable considering we can't even put our foot in the water everytime we try and they Never fix it. We pay top dollar to come here and I don't feel that our feedback is taken seriously and I am very disappointed considering it's the most convenient place for us.
