    DO NOT RENT HERE

    rating09 Nov 2020

Changed address on me 3 times before I even got there. Filty tiny condo, no amenities that are advertised. "Luxury 2 bedroom condo" is a 1 bedroom with a curtain put up across the eat in area of kitchen to make "bedroom" owners of property do not respond at all

Absolute Worst Experience I’ve ever had in my entire life

    rating20 Apr 2018

My boyfriend and I booked through Hotwire and got this hotel for $120/night. We were staying for 5 nights. First of all, shame on Hotwire for even having this hotel as an option. The day we arrived the address was advertised wrong so we couldn’t find the place and after calling 3 times the lady finally was able to tell us where it was. We entered the “hotel” through a coffee shop and had to wait an hour for the room to be ready. Then the lady had to take us through a sketchy gate to get to the room. This room had not one window. Toilet didn’t work and no hot water in shower. Bed was horrible and uncomfortable. There were hair and dust all over everything. There was a kitchenette which was nice. But it honestly felt like a jail cell. We only went to the room to sleep and found every way possible to avoid staying in there. No air conditioning and no room service. Not once were out toilet paper filled or bed made. We had to buy toilet paper cause there’s no phone in the room to call front desk(there is no front desk). This was a scary excuse for a hotel room. I have stayed at over a hundred hotels around the world. I’ve stayed at plenty in GTA but I’ve stayed at hotels in third world countries for a third of the price of this hotel and nothing, NOTHING compared to how terrible this place was.Do NOT stay here! I’ve never left a negative review for anything in my life. But this needed to be said. If you have a trip coming up planning to stay here, CANCEL it!! And Hotwire, shame on you for having this as a “hotel” option associated with the same level of quality as Sheraton and Delta Chelsea.

    Dodgy... really dodgy

    rating13 Aug 2017

Location ain't that bad... surroundings may look bit insecure, but it all turned out to be OK.The "suites" are adequate, but the service is odd. People that barely speaks English, front desk has "office hours" attention and it is hard for you to know you're at the right place unless you know where you are going. The staff guided me through the back door of a "restaurant" through an alley and up into a labyrinth of rooms and unfinished corridors. The day I was leaving I went out to have breakfast and upon my return I opened my suite to find out all my stuff was missing. The person at the front desk had no idea where my things were put.I just won't come back again.

    They really need to finish

    rating06 Aug 2017

Last year I stayed here and this year my sons did. It has gone downhill from a decent sleeping place to just plain not ready to be a hotel. I can see the potential and the plan but I wouldnt stay here again. Good location can not make up for poor tv service and just to many unfinished projects. I really think they take the costumer for granted. I really dont know how they would want you to experience this place and expect someone to recommend or come back. I know I wont until construction is complete. The front desk people were nice and the bathrooms were clean. Thats about all the nice things I could say at this time. I really expected to see some improvements this year and was very disappointed.

    Don't bother!

    rating05 Aug 2017

Where to begin?! We emigrated to Toronto and booked this to tide us over till we could move into a rental. Initially we booked 10 nights with a view to extend if needed. We wanted somewhere with a kitchen so we didn't spend a fortune eating out every day, and specifically booked a room here because it was advertised with a 'fully equipped kitchen'.... False advertising at its best! We ended up having to ask at reception twice (which is now in the pop up bistro) for more utensils so we could actually make a meal. The bedroom was unbearably hot as the only air con unit was mounted close to the ceiling in the hallway and was a portable one, so nicely cooled everything above it, but not below. We had a fan but that just blew warm air around the room. The alleyway outside (which is where the entrance is) is a hot spot for teenagers at night to stand and smoke weed which stinks out the room. After 4 days we asked the manager if we could be refunded for the remaining days as we were fed up and wanted to go else where. He told us to contact Hotels.com as that's who we booked through. 2 days later we got an email from Hotels.com saying that the very same manager had refused to refund us (not sure why he told us to contact them in the first place) My partner went to reception to discuss it and they sent someone to 'have a look at the aircon' to see if they could sort it. Interestingly, when he went down, my partner had mentioned to them that he was concerned at the apparent lack of smoke alarm - turns out there was one, but when they 'looked at the aircon', they sneakily replaced the battery that had been taken out previously. How did we know? The alarm started to go off every time we had a shower which it never did before. They eventually decided to refund us the remaining 3 nights but by that point it was Friday afternoon and we couldn't find anything that was in price range that we could book at such short notice (bare in mind we now needed somewhere we could stay for another 10 nights).Excuse the essay but this place is truly one of the worst we've stayed. In short, just don't!
