Location

The hotel is located in Trois-Rivières-Ouest, in the heart of liveliness and festivities and at only 90 minutes from Montréal and 75 minutes from Québec City. It is conveniently located in the centre to provide easy access to the many attractions of the area.

Facility

The hotel has 159 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Parking facilities available to guests include a garage and a car park. Further services include a car hire service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service and a hairdresser. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine. 13 conference rooms are available for lectures, presentations and meetings.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Excellent swimming awaits guests at the indoor pool. The sun loungers are perfect for soaking up some sun. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, tennis and golf are available. The water sports offered include canoeing. Sport and leisure facilities at the hotel include a gym, bowling and callisthenics. The wellness area's offerings provide pure relaxation and include a spa and a sauna. For a fee, massage treatments is also available.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for lunch and dinner). Diet meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
