    Stayed at hotel one night while travelling through with dogs. This hotel was listed as being dog friendly and with short notice was able to get a room. Didn’t realize until arrived that there is no outside access from rooms to take dogs out. Only access is front door and all rooms as well as hallway...

    Clean and comfortable rooms. Easy access from the highway. Tim Horton's right across the way which had better breakfast than the hotel.

    Awful customer service. We had no hot water in the morning so no showers! When reported to front seat, the woman said there nothing she could do about it, charged us full price and gave us the managers. Are and said we could call him. Not even an apology. Awful.
