This easy to find, comfortable and clean hotel lies only minutes away from the town centre and the harbour. A free shuttle service is available both to and from the town centre and the harbour.

We stayed here and had a kitchenette room. Our room was not cleaned properly prior to checking in. There was a used dirty towel on the back of the bathroom door. Inside the kitchen cupboards were disgusting, crumbs and the hardware was all rusted and FILTHY. There was grease on the wall behind the stove plate and coffee crumbs or dirt of some sort and grime in the cutlery tray. We were thoroughly disgusted by this establishment and the poor quality in room service. We were not offered a new room, we were offered clean towels, and when requested a late check of of Noon, we were denied. We will not return and are considerIng moving future reservations for another location (Vernon) to another hotel. Room was clean. Bed was good . had a good nights sleep. Choose back 9f hotel away from hwy. Nice that there was Kettle in room seperate from coffee maker. Fresh ground coffee machine in lobby for cofffe ,mochs,cappucino, and hot chocolate . Filtered water machune to fill water bottles and machine also gad hot water. Front staff freindly and very helpful have stayd here 4 times each time has been good. Ducky theme Accent Inns with modern-vibe rooms

The hotel looks like regular motel from the outside. But we were pleasantly surprised by the modern feel of the room that we got. The room is clean and spacious with good amenities. Nicely decorated too. The duckies theme is everywhere. Parking around the hotel premise can be a challenge during busy time, but it was okay. The hotell staff is nice and friendly. As usual, I had to say "wow" when I opened the door to my room. No impractical frills, just a roomy and clean space with everything I needed. I've never had a bad experience with Accent Inns and would always stay with them if they were a little less expensive. Pleasant and Comfortable

We were extremely satisfied with our stay at Accent Inns. The staff were great--very professional, polite, helpful, and considerate. Our room was spacious, well furnished, very clean, the bed was super comfortable, the shower was perfect, the chairs were cozy and the coffee machine made exceptional coffee! We also enjoyed the rooftop patio and the beautiful hanging baskets everywhere. The Hotel was located very near a restaurant, as well as a nice cafe only a few minutes away, and also near a shopping center.
