  Very accommodating. When I booked online I did not realize that you could be in a 2 bdrm / 1 bathroom and not 2bdrm / 2 bathrooms. I went to the front desk and requested that we be moved if possible. We were able to move and it was a much nicer place with an ocean view.   Beware of your stay, value was not worth experience

  the location was great! nice villa. the bad was unit was is disrepair snd filthy cleaning. Stove broken, soaker tub broken, tv remotes and not setup. check in with no dish tabs or laundry soap for at least 1 wash. On top of that skylight maintenance which made a mess and a bad tar smell . Wasn’t as tranquil as expected for over $2500! Really suggest another option as management didnt want to address or acknowledge my issues.   Love Sunrise Ridge Waterfront Resort

  We stayed @ Sunrise Ridge Resort for 5 weeks. We loved our stay! Our 1 bedroom condo unit in the 200 building was spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The common areas of the resort are well maintained. The resort is walking distance from Rathtrevor Provincial Park. For sure, though, the best part of our stay was the people. From the front desk to cleaning crew to maintenance staff, everyone was pleasant, courteous and good at what they do. We'd especially like to give a shout out to Allen and Mark @ the front desk who are problem solvers extraordinaire! And, the maintenance guy, whose name I didn't get, took care of all of our tech and minor maintenance issues. Thanks for a great winter!   Look before you book

  I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to in this case.Pros: nice spacious room, decent beach access.Cons: rude staff, very limited parking for anything other than 1 car, extremely noisy.If you aren't towing anything (even a small boat), you don't value customer service, and you don't mind constant noise and privacy intrusion from other guests/children, you might enjoy it.   Great location for family vacation

  Perfect accommodation for a young family. The townhouse was beautiful and including all of the amenities for us the have a wonderful, stress free vacation.
