This hotel warmly welcomes guests in Waterton Lakes.

Facility

The resort has 80 rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions.     The lodge is a series of multi unit cabin structures. You have to hump your luggage to your room from the parking adjacent to your cabin as there are no trolleys or valet service. The door on our unit was saggy and hard to open and close. This was quickly rectified by the desk clerk who had the maintenance person fix it immediately. Our room was clean and comfortable with amenities provided, soaps, etc.Shower and bath was good. Pressure and water volume adequate for a refreshing shower.There was no complimentary breakfast provided.

    Pool and hot tub have been out of order for long time.Was not told until after booking and paying. Got email stating no pool or hot tub. Yet they still are advertising it. Check in is 4.Room not ready until 5:20pmFilthy carpet. Dont take off shoes. Bed was clean nice. Dated needs reno. WindowHad moisture in between panes. No view just can see other rooms. Close to restaurants and beach. No compensation for lack of pool. Basically told it is what it is. No seniors rate. No AMA.So wrong.

    A summer resort But no. The pool was under construction and fitness room was not available Why can’t that b done in off season or give a discount Also tv not working. Had three staff thy to fix. No luck and then a maintenance after a day of hiking just would have liked a few laps and a little local tv. Or reduce room rates Front desk gals we’re great will b at red roof next time

    It was bad, outdated the fridge in the room continuously buzzed, the blinds were are all broken an bent and didn't work. the AC couldn't keep up with the heat and was noisy as heck
