Location

This hotel is located in the heart of Whistler Village with its restaurants, bars, nightspots, transport links and shops. It lies approximately 120 km from Vancouver International Airport.

Facility

Guests have a choice of 287 non-smoking rooms located in an 8-storey main building and a 5-storey auxiliary building. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The holiday village has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. 4 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Bicycle storage is available to guests. There is a bike hire service as well. The business centre is on hand for guests' business requirements and provides a fax machine. Lectures, presentations and meetings can be held in one of the 8 conference rooms.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can enjoy the mountain view from a balcony or terrace. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed, a king-size bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. There is a fully-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, mini fridge, microwave and tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. A hairdryer and bathrobes are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Going for a swim at the pool complex, which includes indoor and outdoor areas, is a great way to relax. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. The wide range of activities offered at the complex ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, basketball, golf, archery and horse riding. With water skiing, windsurfing, jet skiing, motorboat rides, paddle boating, banana boat rides, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling, diving, water aerobics and aquafit available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. The area around the complex offers great opportunities to enjoy winter sports such as skiing, tobogganing and snowboarding. Ski passes are available locally. Guests can enjoy a wide range of indoor sports, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, squash, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the holiday village, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon, massage treatments and a solarium.

Meals

Dining facilities include a dining room, a bar and a pub. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. The complex also offers special catering options.

    Beautiful Mountain Hotel with The Village steps from the Door

    We spent 3 nights at the Hilton Resort in Whistler. As Hilton Honors members, we try to find a hotel that fits our needs to earn points. This hotel worked perfectly. We wanted something at the Village and this met our needs. The hotel was spotlessly clean, the staff and concierge were great. Our room was large with a small balcony, large bathroom, sofa, fireplace and a kitchen. We didn't need the kitchen, but it did come in handy as one night we had boxes from our dinner and we were able to refrigerate them and reheat for lunch the next day.If you are there to ski, you can walk out of the hotel and straight to the chair lift. You have so many stores and restaurant options right out the door at the village.The hotel really gives the mountain and ski vibe that Whistler is known for. Just know that parking is $41 a night for valet and $37 for self parking a night. So that can be a downfall for some.     Great location and hotel

    We stayed at the Hilton for our spring break ski trip that last week of March 2026. The hotel is in an excellent location. We were able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. The gondola for both Whistler and Blackcomb are a very short walk across the street (3 minutes). We rented our equipment from the rental shop in the same building. Everything about our stay was easy and fun. I highly recommned this hotel and location for a great time in Whistler. You do not need a car.     Another Beautiful Stay at Hilton Whistler with My Daughters

    I stayed at the Hilton in Whistler with my daughters, and we had a wonderful experience. Whistler is one of my favorite destinations. I love coming here for snowboarding in the winter and biking in the summer. The Hilton is also one of my favorite hotels in Whistler, and this stay was another great one.Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well prepared. It made us feel relaxed right away. The staff were all so polite, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay.The food was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast with many fresh and delicious options. Dining at the hotel was also a great experience, and the in-room dining was convenient and tasty. Room service arrived quickly and everything was nicely presented.We also loved the spa and the pool. The spa was relaxing and well maintained, and the pool was clean and enjoyable for me and my daughters. It was a perfect way to unwind.Overall, the service was wonderful. Everyone made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We truly appreciated the hospitality and had a very pleasant stay. We will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel.     We have been to this Hilton for annual ski trips at least for five previous season. A once hospitable property now feels completely like a cold and calculating profit center. The level of service has declined significantly. At checkin, a once friendly, warm and welcoming staff has been replaced by people who only going trough the motions. Similar is the case in other parts of the hotel. For example, the restaurant is now at least double in size and at breakfast the staff has been reduced to the bare minimum. While table service is apparently an option, it is basically nonexistent. One is lucky if someone appears to drop a pot of coffee on the table. Otherwise, plan on everything else being self serve. Someone will appear at the end of the meal to present the bill and posture for a tip even though there was no service during the meal. Needless to say, we will no longer be returning guests.
