    Perfect 10 in every way

    rating22 May 2026

We are traveling with our adult son and therefore booked a two bedroom suite with full kitchen & two bathrooms! It’s a beautiful property a few miles out of Whistler with helpful staff and all the amenities, including a sun deck, hot tubs and pool. The only thing that wasn’t running were the gondolas which are just a few steps from the hotel, as we were between seasons. The city bus was $2.75 Canadian per person into town & tickets were available at reception. The bus stop was just a few steps from the hotel. The off-season rate was excellent and the exchange rate is favorable for Americans. I highly recommend this hotel!

Comfortable resort with well-equipped rooms and convenient amenities, but air conditioning issues were a drawback

    rating30 Aug 2025

A beautifully maintained resort with a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. The room is well-equipped, featuring a fully stocked kitchen with utensils, plates, cups, a fridge, microwave, electric stove, and a dishwasher complete with detergent. There’s also a coffee machine that offers one complimentary coffee per stay.Parking is convenient, and there’s complimentary charging available for electric cars. The outdoor BBQ by the poolside is self-serve, and I noticed people enjoying pizza by the pool. A supermarket is conveniently located just across the street, making it easy to stock up on groceries. There are also several restaurants within a 7-minute walk.Though it's not in Whistler village, we drove, so it wasn’t an issue. However, it might not be an ideal choice for those without a car, as it's a bit far from the main village area.We saw many comments about the air conditioning. During our visit in June, the weather wasn’t too hot, but we definitely needed the air conditioning for airflow. Unfortunately, the air conditioner turned off by itself at night because it "sensed" that it wasn’t hot, and we couldn’t adjust it. This was the worst aspect of the hotel.

Terrible experience — do not stay at Legends Whistler.

    rating26 Apr 2025

We checked in and the room was a sweltering 82°. The thermostat didn’t work, and only after calling the front desk were we told the building’s A/C hadn’t even been turned back on yet from the winter season...it's 3-days from May and in the mid-upper 60s!! Their only solution was a small fan and telling us to “wait a few hours” to cool down. No empathy, no real help. This is not acceptable for anyone, but especially a 6-month pregnant woman. They didn't even offer to move us to a different room. It's clear that this staff does not care about the guest or provide solutions to problems. When we asked to cancel and get a refund, we were told the front desk "Doesn’t handle that" and that the reservations office had already closed hours earlier. Staff were clueless and completely unhelpful. They even refused to provide the General Manager’s information, only offering a shared-inbox email address, which all front desk staff had access too.We packed up and left due to poor-quality and on-principle - we had a terrific experience at a different hotel, Sundial, which has earned guests for life. Legends, not a chance. Horrible customer service, zero accountability — Legends treats guests like an afterthought. Stay anywhere else.

Creekside Whistler, A refreshing change from the Village Legend’s is a beautiful property

    rating21 Dec 2024

Over the years I’ve stayed many times at Whistler, it nice to live so close to whistler , it’s been over 30 years since I stayed CreeksideI was surprised at how much I enjoyed staying there. Lately we‘ve stayed Blackcomb side, we avoid the Big Whistler Village hotels, they’ve become very popular and priceyThis time we decided Creekside We saved time by now driving into the Village and leaving was much easier, just a left turn into the Sea to Sky highway The room was very nice and clean and surprisingly bigThe Hot tubs and Pool are nice after a day of skiThe Ski lockers are very nice feature and you’re not waiting for the rush at the Ski Valets! I like this system so much better!!! Then you open the door and it’s a 50 step walk to the Creekside Gondola, very very convenient, so so closeCustomer service there was great!I will definitely be Back!!

Room with a view of the parking lot

    rating24 Oct 2024

It was my birthday. I thought it was going to be a nice room. They have me a room over looking the parking lot. Happy birthday to me. There were cobwebs in the corner in the bedroom, which made me feel creepy. I would not come here again for a special occasion.
