Location

Fronting the world-renowned Whistler Resort, this hotel is the closest guests can get to both the Whistler and Blackcomb gondolas. This establishment represents a mountain escape offering luxurious comfort and service, which is just steps away from dining and shopping venues, and year-round mountain adventures. Guests will find a number of restaurants, bars and shops in the centre of the resort, which is right on the hotel's doorstep. The ski slopes are a mere 10 metres away and the Olympic areas are 50 metres from the hotel. The Pacific Ocean can be reached in 30 minutes by car. The city of Vancouver is 65 km from the resort.

Facility

76 suites and 45 studios are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. There are a number of shops as well. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services include a 24-hour security service, room service, a laundry service and a hotel shuttle bus. Cyclists can make use of the bicycle storage area and hire service. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. A balcony is among the standard amenities of some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and bathrobes are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Wheelchair-accessible rooms can also be booked. The hotel has family rooms and 121 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Even in cool weather, guests can swim a few laps in the heated outdoor pool. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. A wide range of sports and activities are offered at the hotel, such as fishing. For a fee, guests can also enjoy cycling/mountain biking, golf and horse riding. Water sports enthusiasts are offered canoeing. With skiing, tobogganing and snowboarding opportunities, the hotel offers the perfect base from which to enjoy winter sports or just a relaxing winter holiday. Ski passes are available locally. The fitness rooms are perfect for a comprehensive workout. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a steam bath. Subject to charge: massage treatments. Parents can unwind while the kids can participate in an entertainment programme full of fun activities.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a bar and a pub. Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the non-smoking, air-conditioned restaurant, which provides high chairs for children. A wide variety of dishes are served at all three main mealtimes. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner as a set menu.

    This is our 2nd time in Pan Pacific and it did not disappoint. Check-in process was fast, they have everything ready when we arrived. We were escorted by Crispin at the reception and introduced us to FO. Great turn over. Luggage was delivered to in our room quite fast too. Everything in the room was clean and crisp. Love the height of the bed. It was very convenient too that we have the sofa bed, which is very spacious, for our friend to stay at. Having a kitchen with complete equipment and appliances also made our stay comfortable too. As they are at the prime location, everything is accessible - restaurants, outdoor activities, and shops. I hope they have more food and beverage options within the hotel just for late night snacks. Speedy check-out too. Parking was given comp at this time which we appreciate!     Superb hotel - location, location, location, cleanliness, amenities, service, and atmosphere were all top-notch. Everything is located within a 1 - 4 minute walk. I stayed in the one bedroom suite with kitchen on a lower level. I found it very comfortable, clean, and cozy. Although some might mention the high cost, I felt the room was good value for what you get. I liked it so much, I booked another stay a month later in March.     Best location in Whistler for access to the slopes!

    Probably the best location for ski in / ski out convenience as next to 2 Gondolas & a chair.A very comfortable room over looking the pool & slopes. You need to be aware that there is loud music until at least 19.00 due to the local apres bars but it didn’t spoil our holiday.The Irish pub under the hotel is great fun for a spot of Apres with excellent servers & a fun atmosphere.     Our Spring Break Stay

    We stayed March 8-12. We had a 3rd floor mountain side 1 bedroom room on the 3rd floor. It was a bit noisy the first couple of days until 7 pm with loud music outside. The bed and pillows were wonderful! We utilized the kitchen for all but 2 meals. We adored our room attendant/ housekeeper, Harmesh 🥰. She was wonderful and always made sure we had everything we needed. The location is definitely the best in Whistler for the proximity to two gondolas and a chair lift. We will probably be back. We would stay here again.
