I definitely do not recommend this hotel. Our room had a broken chair, cold water in the shower and when my husband tried to call the front desk to tell them, their phone is broken. We paid nearly $300.00 to stay here for one night. Absolutely disgusted!

Hotel was beautiful but the bed was not great on our backs & to get a coffee you had to go to a machine which didn't seem to have regular plain old coffee. Also not impressed with the breakfast which was rubber probably powdered eggs & most containers were M/T. We walked across the parking lot to the liberty diner and got some real food. Disappointing for a BW plus as I would expect better

Definitely not the "best" western i have been to. We were called to to be told the elevator was down but failed to mention the pool was closed which is why we booked there(they didn't mention it at booking either). Mold/dirt in shower, room door on inside looks like someone tried to put and axe through it, garbage from previous people on floor, sheets had stains, curtains do not close completely which on bottom floor is essential, and you can see dirty handprints on them, dead ants by air conditioner, little breakfast choices and the ham tasted sour. Definitely a disappointing vacation.Amey

We booked the hotel as first stop during our roadtrip. The checkin was quick and we got all the information we needed. The rooms are a bit dated, but spacious and clean. I used the gym, which was small but it was enough to have a good workout. There was also an indoor pool, but unfortunately it was closed for maintenance. Also the elevator broke down and we needed to use the stairs the next day. Breakfast was the typical Best Western one, with the waffle machine. Overall we had a nice stay, the staff was very attentive and friendly, but not enough to give a 5-star rating.

An off-the-highway hotel, clean with a delicious breakfast included. Parking is also included in your price.I enjoyed breakfast. Especially the French vanilla coffee, perfect sausages, and a fresh, buttery danish. So many juices to choose from. Thank you to the kitchen staff.My room was comfortable and super clean (room 428). Thank you maid service. Some noise from the highway, but that’s expected when your hotel is conveniently located off the 401.The front desk staff are friendly and efficient. I enjoyed a talk with a gentleman at the front desk who I am assuming is the Manager (late 50s, Rick(?). He made me feel so welcome.I would definitely return to, and recommend, this hotel.
