Location

Centrally located in the heart of Whitehorse, Yukon, this city and business hotel is within easy walking distance of all the main local attractions and shopping outlets. The hotel also offers great views of the Yukon River and surrounding mountains. Guests will find a number of shops, restaurants, bars and pubs on Main Street, which is a 3-minute walk away, whilst the train and bus stations are around 300 metres and 1.5 km away respectively. Additional attractions include the Yukon River (300 metres), Miles Canyon (10 km) and Dawson City (52 km).

Facility

Guests can enjoy the pleasant ambience of one of the 11 single rooms and 42 double rooms. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services include a transfer service, room service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.     I’ve stayed at a couple of different Best Value Inns and this one is by far the worst.After the first night I thought “low budget motel”, after the second night I thought the place might be the local homeless shelter and after the third night I figured the place to be the local “crack house”.My bed kept falling apart and was missing parts, yelling and screaming until 3 in the morning and snow removal isn’t there thing.I don’t recommend this place at all, total dump.     just a budget motel, but the rooms were clean, it was quiet, and the beds were good. Inexpensive, for canada. centrally located.     This hotel was clean but they failed to disclose that the bottom floor appears to be rented to down and our drug addits. The town was a horrible experience of drugged out people. If you don’t have to stay in Whitehorse DON’T.     No hot water!!

    No hot water for your shower!! Water is freezing cold. I let it run for almost an hour to see if it would warm up and nothing. I stayed here a several years ago and had the same problem but I was hoping that it was no longer an issue by now but it has not been fixed in all this time!!!! Very disappointing!!     Woste hotel in whitehorse

    spent two nights there and had NO HOT WATER. There policy is to turn off the hot water for building and only let the kitchen have hot water. TV didnt work, asked for another blanket and pillow. Three hours later i had to go to the desk and the gentalmen was playing on his phone. Asked for the blanket and pillow and he just passed them to me and sat back down to play on his phone. The microwave didnt work, outlets were burnt and most not working. this is the second time i stayed here, the first time it was under contruction so i gave them a second chance and failed. There kitchen says it open but was closed for unknown reason both times i was there. The thermstat was set for 20 degrees and but in the room it was cold, i could see my breath, and the front desk staff didnt want to help or couldnt help.this is the worste hotel in whitehorse.
