    This was our first stay at this hotel and we were not disappointed. Check-in was fast, plus the staff were attentive and friendly. We had a spacious Junior Suite in The Forum Tower, which had a fabulous river view. Most importantly, our room location was super quiet! No hallway noise...ever. While well appointed, it was odd that there was virtually no dresser drawer furniture in the room. However, under the 'bar' counter located just outside the bathroom, is both the room safe and a couple of shelves which offered some storage relief for our 3-night reservation. Foremost in the disappointment category is the issue of room cleaning. We conceded to their policy of cleaning rooms only on request, and in accordance with their instructions, we would contact the hotel operator whenever 'supplies' (towels, etc) were needed. The problem was, it would take 5-20 minutes to reach an operator. On the plus side, all items were delivered within minutes every time. Speaking of the hotel operator, please replace the 1980's era bed-side telephones...the push-buttons barely worked! Overall, I would rate the hotel/room experience 9 out of 10.     Disappointing, to say the least.

    Disappointing annoyances for such an attractive and fun hotel. I arrived early, but they wouldn't let me check in (unless I paid $50), even though I didn't want the room yet. I must come back at 3pm to check in without an extra fee. When I went back at 3, of course, there was a line up that took me 38 minutes to get to the front. Stupidity at its best! Secondly, when I went on day 2 to the front desk to ask why my room hadn't been cleaned yet, well you don't get room service if your not there for at least 3 nights!     Management needs to fix the situation at check in. Over the 30 minutes we spent at the check in, I heard the supervisor say to 5 different customers “I’m sorry about that” and then doing nothing to help them. 5 customers who all had different unresolved issues by front end staff. Will not stay here again. Front end staff were immensely unhelpful, unwilling to make any accommodations and non-responsive during the check in process. There is also a hidden mandatory $30 fee to “use the pool”…These issues began before arriving at the hotel as I spent over 15 minutes on hold trying to reach the customer service or front end. Ended up hanging up with my question unresolved.Note, custodial staff and concierge were excellent and helpful. They deserve to be paid more.

    horrible parking garage, customer service treats you like garbage even though i booked a room, tried charging a extra 190 2 days after i left but luckily i have fifth third so it didn't go though

    I have been coming here since university roughly 20 years ago. The staff are always nice, rooms always clean and there's always something to do. Only knock is that it's 2025 and they still have offers that are not removed from account as they get taken off the board, leaving the consumer holding the bag when they think they have complimentary stuff certain days then it's full Ryan Bennett, Marketing at Caesars Windsor, responded to this review Thank you for your review!
