    I do not recommend staying here, they don’t help and argue when they are in the wrong.

    I came on Tuesday May 5 and my room was clearly not cleaned after the previous guest (hair & stains within bed, dirty fridge) I had to stay with my sister in law that night because there was no housekeeping (in room 430 her toilet wasn’t working so we had to share mine). I told the font desk the next day and she could only give me sheets to put on myself as she said “we dont have house keeping” I said fine but id like my room properly cleaned whenever they come she told me to make sure the DND sign wasn’t on. I said I never put it on. The next day I ripped all the sheets off my bed because they were not cleaned again just tucked back in. So I brought everything back down including pillows and asked if I could have all new everything and I would put it on myself again. The front desk lady that I met with the first night was giving me a hard time even though I was saying when I arrived my room had hair and stains in it and that they just put the bed sheets back on. She asked me “did you talk to house keeping today” as if it’s my job to tell them to clean a room thoroughly BEFORE a guest arrives AND after a concern is brought up. She also asked if I could help do the laundry when I went in to get new bedding. I stayed from Tuesday May 5 to Friday May 8 in room 405 and I would not recommend staying here from this experience. The fridge smelled awful and was dirty along with the bedding problems.

    Great hotel just outside of Winnipeg

    Don't miss this hotel on your stay to Winnipeg. Its justboutside the west perimeter and better than the Birchwood in and Days inn in Winnipeg.We were only able to book 2 queen room, however it was spacious enough for me my adult son his 4 kids and a friend. We requested a cot for my son which was promptly brought up Steve the night auditor. Beds quite comfy and pillows fluffy. Room was clean and there was ample counter/ desk space. Best western also has better TV channels as well as YouTube etc to keep the kids entertained after pool closes. Unlike the birchwood. No real good channels there and cant rent movies and no hook up for roku games etc. Best western has enough to keep the kids ages from 14 to 9 entertained and busy. Will definitely book here again. Pool closed a but early night before due to fouling, and was promptly cleaned and refilled overnight. The lazy river is small but powerful and fun. Hot tub nice and hot.Free breakfast has just about everything and its all nice and hot and fresh

    Great hotel, got one of the last rooms available, a king suite. Comfortable bed, helpful staff. Loved the pool and hot tub area.

    The rooms are always clean & comfy. Never an issue with anything when I stayed. The breakfast has something for everyone. Bonus, they allow pets!
