  Way better stay then last time!

  So at check in we had some problems to start, our plane had been canceled to delays on our connecting flights so I contacted the hotel to inform them that we was going to very late in morning or early depending on on the way you look at it, so we ended up pulling up to the hotel at around 3:30-4AM I was then told that the room was canceled but they was able to fix it, the front desk girl was very hard to understand. We ended up having to miss our first night as our flight was completely cancelled out of the country, so we needed to book another night after so we didn’t have to jump right up and leave. This is where it seemed to be a problem I had to give another deposit for the same room we were staying in we got a 2 queen bed room. Also had to provide a rate that I was already paying for to get the same rate beforehand. So after all this I am now offered a upgrade to a 2 bedroom suite for 40 a night but then tells me that for the first night the other night would be 230 roughly at this point I just want to go to bed I then just asked for the keys and will come in the morning to discuss with another person. We get to the room there was no way that a party of four could be comfortable in this room it was very small but had the two beds, I was just done for the night and tried to get some rest, This is where it definitely got better I went to the front desk again with a new person working which he was so awesome on handling what I needed which was the upgrade to the 2 bedroom suite he was totally understanding and gave it to us for a small cost and was able to move my family over right away. This was great customer service I even tipped him! The room was great the place even looked a lot better than the last time we stayed and we stay here all the time when we come into town! Thank you to the front desk clerk for being an awesome person that morning and hashed everything out for us! We will definitely be back!

  Best Thanksgiving buffet 10/10

  We went for the thanksgiving buffet was amazing ong we had our own private room buffet was huge so delicious real Turkey real potatoes shrimp many veggys ham perogys meatballs Mac& cheese stuffing cheese platters salads dessert table soup bar so much you name it they had it for 33.99 adults I give them10/10 the waitresses were very respectful very happy and thankful

  No drinks around the pool!

  Can't have coffee tea or even water in a plastic cup! And they're strict about it . They'll confiscate your coffee. Lots of folks were bringing drinks in their plastic sippy cups only to be told they were not allowed. I'm a regular hotel user and this is a first

  Upon first impression, it was very obvious how dated the hotel is, though it was clean. I mainly booked it for the pool/waterslide for my kids. The walls/doors are PAPER THIN and a lot of other guests don't respect the quiet hours, so just keep that in mind when booking (this was also in the middle of the week, so I didn't think it would be so bad - I was wrong). We didn't try the food at the hotel, so can't comment on that. Front desk was very friendly. If you don't mind noise and/or bring earplugs, this hotel might be ok for you. My kids did love the pool and my son LOVED the koi pond.

  Great stay in a smaller hotel but worth it

  Booked a suite for me and my better half. Got a theme room. Picked the roman theme. It was a big room and clean. The tub worked which was lovely. The shower was clean too. The little perks of the room were great too. The razor, sewing kit and more. It was a quite night and if needed we will be back again. Staff was lovely too.
