    We had a great stay at this hotel!LocationThe hotel is conveniently located close to Polo Park Mall and the airport. RoomsWe stayed in a room with two queen beds. It was spacious and clean.     This hotel has the best free breakfast I have ever seen.It also has the thinnest walls. You can hear people talking in the hallway.My room was clean but dated.Free shuttle but there are hotels closer to the airport.

    The hotel is in a good location close to many amenities and shops and restaurants. Very clean and good cleaning staff. So why not a 5 star rating?? The hotel refused to enforce the Disabled Parking spaces. We were there for 5 nights and whenever I looked, there was only 2 other times that 1 of the 4 designated spaces were used by a vehicle displaying the blue tag. Otherwise it was the same cars and trucks parking without the blue tag. Front desk staff just smiled and said “That’s what happens”. There was no reply to an email asking for staff to enforce. 3 of the 5 nights we could not use the disabled spaces.

    I visited Winnipeg with a friend for the weekend, and we decided to stay at this hotel, which turned out to be a good decision. The location is excellent, close to shopping areas. The hotel is pretty clean, and our room had everything we needed. We opted not to get service, but the housekeeper provided us with clean towels. The customer service was amazing; Ximena and Maryna at the front desk were very helpful and friendly, providing us with good recommendations of places to visit and eat. Thank you for the great stay!

    I have stayed at this hotel several times for business and with my family. It was almost always standard: easy parking, basic service at the desk, adequate rooms. This last stay will be my last. The rooms are getting very run down. The dresser in the room was water spotted and scratched and the drawer would not close. The walls are dented and scratched. The night table was dirty and water marked. The bathroom shows signs of mould. The whole room had a funky smell. The carpet has reached the ‘don’t walk on in bare feet’ phase. Yeeech. Winnipeg has lots of newer hotels. I suggest you stay there.
