    We have been here 2 nights of our 4 night stay. The front desk staff have been very accommodating, kind, courteous and friendly. Our maids Nirmal and Leepa have been awesome! Keeping our room so clean and supplying the bottled water ,coffee, etc very timely with smiling faces and very friendly! Hopefully our next 2 days stay the course. Thank you all!

    Stayed one night for a concert. There was an opened bottle of ‘complimentary’ Dasani water in the bathroom & cigarette burn on the bathtub. The room did not seem the cleanest, the wallpaper in the bathroom was dirty/stained. Starbucks was convenient downstairs. I doubt I would stay here again.

    Parkade Theft. No assistance with insurance.

    Stayed for a week. Utilized hotel and covered parkade. Vehicle broken in to at 6am by two masked individuals and console disassembled for over an hour with no response from security. Refusal of hotel to cover 500$ deductible of insurance policy. Can not recommend use of hotel or parkade at given time due to experience. Can revisit negative review should hotel assist with deductible addressing theft.

    The check-in experience definitely can be improved. The girl who checked me in was rude and unprofessional. Her tone of talking was bad. I was checked in eventually. Some of the staff were great and helpful. The Service at the restaurant was not good at all on day two. Day one was excellent. I did bring this to the attention of the restaurant manager. Did give an honest opinion in the survey. Got a call within minutes. Manager wanted to know details/more on my review. Stared explaining, when he simply cut me off and started defending his staff. He did not allow me to explain my point. He simply did not want to hear my comments. In that case why bother and waste my time. Going to Winnipeg in a couple of weeks, will NOT stay there again.
