    In my opinion hotels are a place for quiet rest.All too often families think that there's a place to have a birthday party till 1:00 in the morning or later. I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights and three of those nights children running up and down the hallways till 1:00 in the morning. Unacceptable

    Just want to thank, the manager, Amy and her staff for their kindness and compassion during a difficult time. The rooms are clean, beds are very comfortable, breakfast has a lot of variety , the coffee is excellent. It's a home away from home.

    We have stayed here previously, which also provided a positive experience. This stay did not disappoint. Access to property and parking are excellent. A burned out light bulb was efficiently replaced. The room was large, clean and very well appointed. The desk person at check in was able to complete the process without delay. There was a concern at check in, minor in nature, which was corrected the next morning by a marvelous, engaging lady at the morning desk. We will definitely stay here again as the opportunity presents.

    worst Best Western experience i have ever had . Staff to GM has no empathy for clients who have legitimate concerns.Don't darken the door- property is a $$ grab The staff would rather take $$ for a stay than to recognize a loyal BW customer that had a a challenge making a reservation or engaging with an onsite manager. amy smith, General Manager at Best Western Plus Woodstock Inn & Suites, responded to this review i am sorry you were disappointed, unfortunately when you book through the 3rd party sites there is not very much i can do to help with getting you rewards through the hotel brand as was explained to you in order to benefit from our rewards the reservations need to be booked through our brand site not a 3rd party

    Our room did not receive any service for two of our three night stay. This was addressed to the manager whom weeks later has not replied to my correspondence regarding any action taken, including compensation. The breakfast was very, very basic/limited. There are other hotels nearby that we will explore during our next visit. Very disappointed.
