    Fair Price Good Service, everryhting I expected from an Ibis Hotel

    Pretty good hotel, this was the third time in Ibis Antofagasta. My first time was really disappointing. But I can tell the hotel has improved a lot an now it is one of my favorite Ibis in South America.Congratulations to the Ibis Antofagasta Team.

    One reason I don’t consider this hotel to be excellent is the building is a bit tired and worn. The other is that the bench in my room was left with a sticky mess when I checked in. Bed is great and comfortable also quiet and no dogs barking which makes a change. Breakfast is ok for the price. Had much better eggs in B&Bs. Good value for money. Excellent location and parking. Great staff

    I have complained several times about service quality in the city of Antofagasta. I am glad to have found the opposite at Ibis hotel Antofagasta. Service quality is better than other Ibis hotels in Chilean cities such as Santiago or Copiapó. Check in was fast and they offered me a complementary drink for my Accor Hotels membership. I didn't have to ask for it and that was appreciated.One problem I found at the room was the security box didn't work. This was the opportunity to test if they solve any problem within 15 minutes, as they advertise. I called the reception desk and in less than 10 minutes, the technician was at the room fixing the box. Problem solved.Restaurant personnel were very efficient. I would like to give a special mention to Maria for her kindness.Breakfast includes the IBIS basics such as bread, scrambled eggs, cheese, a variety of ham, variety of fruit, juice, coffee. I would like to highlight the pastries, prepared sandwiches, scrambled eggs with ham and waffles.Room and bathroom were clean. The TV worked with no problems. Fast internet connection. No problems at all during check-out.

    I stayed just one night.The room has just the necessary, nothing extraordinary, but still everything was comfortable and clean. Great service The hotel is located in an excellent area; a lot of restaurants and bars are close, and the beach is a couple of minutes walking.

    We stayed here on 22 feb 2017. Our room was too small after the separated the king bed. located a few blocks from the rocky coast and 6 blocks to small busy beach. Four more to very busy McDonalds restaurant. Mc didnt have salads or juice. No breakfast include in this hotel but restaurant service.
