    This hotel is one of hotels which really deserve 5* rating. The only minus is there is no swimming pool.Rooms are spacious, Many restaurants to choose from. High standard of services provided. I was really very happy with this stay. When you enter the hotel, the luxury atmosphere is all around you. The staff is very professional and friendly.     Great for a short stay!

    We thought the location was closer to the highway, but found out it was closer to the center of the city. The parking of the hotel is right in front of the entrance or also in the underground parking that is free for the guests.The staff were all very helpful, accommodating and always smiling. The complimentary drinks including coffee on our (each?) floor was really appreciated especially with cold and hot filtered water. The room was huge and we had a view to the river that was nice. Definitely will stay again if happens!The neighborhood did not look safe and at night (in winter) it was full of smoke from the houses nearby warming themselves which was very unusual for us. The smoke also somehow got inside the rooms through the centralized AC, so we had the heating off at night.From the security leaflet in the room key we understood the criminal situation is rather concerning around, but we appreciated the hotel to be honest about it and warning its guests, though inside of the hotel we felt completely safe!The restaurant is very dark during the breakfast. The choice of breakfast was rather on more limited side and did not look appetizing as well as the replacement of the choice was very slow.     It was average 5 stars hotel experience, the best hotel in Osorno, there is no swimming pool inside, but big gym there is. The restaurant and bar has a level quality, you can stay and eat in there comfortably. Expectations shouldn’t be so much. But you can stay and rest in comfortable zone.     Wonderful stay, all the staff was helpful and very friendly. I was travelling to a funeral and I felt everyone took care of me and made me feel comfortable.I would love to go back, in different circumstances.     Really friendly hotel, with helpful team who sorted a few things out for us. Great room with good amenities and comfortable bed. Good buffet breakfast. Bar was a little soulless but the bar menu offered a good selection of food. There were other restaurants and a casino but unless you looked for them they didn’t overbear the rest of the hotel. The staff make this a great place.
