MUST STAY , gorgeous place with perfect location

We adored our stay at Vinnhaus! We loved it so much after our trek we switched hotels to come back and they upgraded us at no charge! Gorgeous art deco B&B with hotel dogs! Owners are super nice and helpful. We loved having cocktails in the atrium. It was such a perfect location close to everything and an oasis to come back to! Very clean and comfy beds!

Best place to stay in Puerto Natales

We stayed here our first and last night in Puerto Natales. Perfect hotel right in the middle of town. We loved our pretty room and the welcome bottle of wine. Breakfast is delicious and served in a pretty dining room. Have drinks in the art deco bar, so nice. This was a true treat during our month in Chile. We will be back.

Absolutely beautiful! Hotel. Small, immaculately clean, friendly staff. Greeted by the most adorable dogs. This place is stunning. Our room so comfortable and complete with table and chairs, coffee and tea in our room. I have celiac disease and they had the best gluten free bread for toast at breakfast.Great location. Walk to lots of restaurants.

Classy and comfortable art deco hotel

Centrally located in Puerto Natales, walking distance to lots of different restaurants, shops, and bars. This is a small hotel with a very vintage art deco vibe to it. The service is incredible, every person that we met that worked here was friendly and incredibly professional. If you’re using this as a home base for excursions to Torres del Paine, they have an option where they pack you up a bagged breakfast you can pick up. The standard breakfast is great as well. They have a convenient laundry service. The room was comfortable and well appointed. If I’m lucky enough to be in Puerto Natales again I will definitely come back to Vinnhaus

A Miserable Place to Stay

Just stay away. The price is outrageous for the area, and you’ll regret staying here. We hated it. The bed was by far one of the most uncomfortable I’ve ever encountered. The springs of the mattress protruded into my back almost immediately. The shower head fell on my head giving me a massive bruise, there is no way to turn off the lights, the door lock is insecure, the room is tiny, the pillows are lumpy, no one is there at night, and the owners are incredibly rude and will not help you. It’s empty because of the price. The place is no good. 100% avoid.
