    I stayed at this hotel for four days on a business related matter, both my wife and I had separate business attentions, but my overall thoughts: I had read the reviews prior to arriving, and purposely asked for a room as high as I could get, I was in building C, the room was small, the bathroom was small, but that’s where the complaint stops, the room was spotless, the staff was attentive, breakfast was perfect, you could not ask for a better location, for the cost, tremendous deal for being in the heart of upscale, Santiago

    Friendly and accommodating staff. Easy to book, and good value comparatively. t is a good hotel. Quiet. A couple blocks off the main busy Apocindo Av. I would stay again.

    The pool is amazing and the bed is huge, which is great. The view is also nice and it´s well connected. I wish the TV had more chanels or it were a Smart TV or something to conect to watch at night. But Good still.

    Great location! Close to park, metro, and shopping centers. Room was spacious. Breakfast was very good. However, they serve breakfast at 6:30, and they charge $5 per person if you need a packed breakfast as most tours start at :6:00. Bedroom was spacious and had a great view. Shower walls in the bathroom needed cleaning
