Good location for overnight stay from airport - shuttle bus to hotel very easy and quick 😄Room was basic but had everything you needed for an quick overnight stay - very clean and comfy bed 👍Unfortunately there are no food options at the hotel past 11pm which was an issue with my late arrival - there is a snack shop in the reception but not suitable for a mealStaff were very helpful 🙂

The room is fully functional with toiletries provided. One onsite restaurant as well. I was able to check-in slightly early. Gym has water and you can refill water bottle. The airport shuttle to/fro hotel is seamless. The shuttle to hotel is frequent. From hotel to airport, the frequency is every 30 minutes; told receptionist pickup time of 6.30am (plane departs 8.30am). The shuttle came 15 mins early and departed on time to domestic terminal - perfect! Receptionist was able to provide a takeout breakfast (bread with ham & cheese, yogurt, biscuit, pear) as Sunday breakfast starts at 7am. The price is so much cheaper compared to staying at the airport terminal hotel.

I have stayed in other Diego de Almagro hotels within Chile and even at this particular airport hotel previously. The chain has a reasonable reputation for being clean, good value - they aren't luxury and I don't expect that, but given a lot of flights were booked out

We stayed two nights. The room was clean, well-appointed, and the beds comfortable. The pleasant bathroom had a good shower with plentiful hot water.Staff was pleasant. The restaurant had a limited menu, but the food was well-prepared.This is a good hotel for air travelers.

When we arrived by car I went into the hotel to get a luggage trolley. The bell boy studiously ignored me and simply walked away with the only available trolley. No offer of help or explanation, awful treatment.The check in clerk was very quick and efficient. Later on I enquired about the shuttle to the airport and was given a very brusque and bad mannered response from a different person.On the other hand, we ate in the restaurant and were served by two very helpful and efficient waiters. Management needs to monitor staff standards and weed out the bad behaviour of some individuals who are letting the side down.
