    Excellent hotel in an upmarket area

    This is an excellent affordable hotel!The room was very large with two double beds which were very comfortable and the room was very quiet from both street noise and in-house noise.The surrounding area is extremely safe and it’s a short walk to Bicentennial Park and the bus stop for the Hop on Hop off bus.The hotel also has an excellent very affordable restaurant.We will definitely stay here next time in Santiago.

    Our room was enormous with 2 king size beds which was excellent. Unfortunately a tradition of having complimentary tea coffee making facilities seems to have come to an end in Chile. Also no room check could have been done as 4 light bulbs were expired for our stay, we weren't there long enough to complain.

    This hotel was nice, but nothing to write home about. It’s very clean and in a decent location, the lobby is lovely and the staff was nice. The outdoor patio is nice, but filled with smokers. The pool was closed for maintenance while I was here, but looked like a nice corner to hang out in the sun.

    Após chegada referi em inquérito do hotel a má qualidade do duche No dia seguinte estava lá um novo. Excelente e obrigado. -Upon arrival, I mentioned in the hotel survey the poor quality of the shower.The next day, a new one was installed.Excellent service, and thank you.

    The rooms are spacious and the front desk staff are great! However, they don’t tell you about the pool or if there are pool towels. The pool is FREEZING cold! We weren’t allowed to eat our own lunch in the common area, which was quite irritating. They don’t have bottle openers to lend out, but they will open anything for you at the bar. Breakfast is great. The neighbourhood is nice, with a fantastic park close by.
