    It is exactly what you would expect from an Ibis—small but functional room, clean, no luxury. Regarding the location, it all depends on what you will do in Santiago. It is in the middle of the road between downtown (and historical tourist attractions) and the richer neighborhoods (with its malls, bars, and restaurants)

    Pretty primitive. It is an Ibis though. No kettles or any glasses or cups in the room. Was there 3 days and despite the “clean my room” sign it didn’t get cleaned. Sheets and bedding were stained, but it’s cheap and a good location.Skip the overpriced breakfast and hit the cafes across the road.Little or no English, so keep that in mind if your Español is iffy.

    Nice room, nice view. Poor breakfast (with pineapple and orange 'juice' made with powder). Terrible internet, incapable of using Netflix or making a video call. I tried to call reception for about 2 hours - always engaged. Lady at breakfast shortchanged me when I paid in cash. All in all, poor quality and poor service. I'll go elsewhere next time.

    I stayed here for a couple nights and the hotel is in very good shape, everything still smells new.The location isn't really good, there's literally nothing around, you will need an Uber to go anywhere.Never take a taxi in Chile!!! They will totally rip you off.Front desk people isn't friendly or welcoming at all but I think that's everywhere in Chile.     This was my first time in santiago and i had a pleasant stay. All people are friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed my stay. Clean room, cleab toilet, friendly staff, good location, accessible to many places, safe. highly recommended.
