    I stayed at this hotel during New Year holidays in Chile.After returning home, I realized I had left my wristwatch behind. Because I had trouble transferring Chilean pesos, I had almost given up on getting it back.However, Ms.Leslie and Ms. Bernardita were incredibly kind and supportive, and thanks to their help, my watch was safely returned to me.Not only was the service excellent during my stay, but the support I received even after check-out was truly caring and thoughtful.I can definitely recommend this hotel!

    Very noisy hotel we had a room overlooking the foyer. Due to the acoustics, it was a struggle at night. Also a lot of street noise in the room. In-between that and jet-lag was uncomfortable and sleep was a struggle.Breakfast is awful!! - There are a limited number of dishes with the only hot food being scrambled eggs which were soggy and undercooked, as well as some sort of sausage and bacon. Unlabled so you didn't quite know. A bit of cold meat, some cheddar cheese slices and a bit of stale pastries. Really subpar. Rooms are a nice size and beds are comfortable. Beautiful hardwood floors in the corridors. Be aware, not a lot of English speaking staff. Situated in a nice part of town and close to public transport. There are a lot of nice restaurants in the area. If you're feeling suicidal, the hotel restaurant does seem to offer lunch and dinner though.

    Good location, safe neighbourhood, spacious rooms, friendly staff. very decent breakfast, good gym and large pool. The rooms are dated and not too clean but it was ok for 1 night especially for the price we paid

    Spent one week at Mr.Hotel. The hotel is located in a convenient area of Santiago. Walking distance to several restaurants, shops, metro and costanera centre. The room was dated but clean and very spacious for my family which included 3 full beds. The breakfast was the same each morning but there was something for everyone. The pool was warm and open late.

    It was perfect for us - convenient, friendly and efficient. The breakfasts were very good, the neighborhood great, and the Metro a short walk away. Beds were comfy and everything was easy. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.
