  We had an ok stay, room was big,bathroom was a bit moldy. What we did not like was the bad attitude at the frontdesk.   The front desk staff were not friendly. Even though we had an official email confirming our room, it made no difference — they still gave us a completely different room from what we expected.The room didn’t even have coffee or a coffee machine, and the only water provided was an unsealed bottle.   The location of the hotel is excellent: it’s in Providencia, one of the best neighborhoods in Santiago, yet still within walking distance of the downtown area. The Salvador metro station is less than a five‑minute walk away. I appreciated receiving an upgrade to a spacious suite, and the room had a coffee machine with coffee provided daily, which was a nice touch. The hotel premises were very clean, the elevators were fast, and breakfast was varied and high quality. I also liked the modern design throughout the property. The staff were very kind, and the hotel places strong emphasis on security, with guards always present at the entrance.
