    Standard chain hotel vibe.

    Pretty much your standard chain style hotel, nothing to complain about but nothing to be amazed by. It was comfortable, clean and did the job. Breakfast was ok, not amazing, but not terrible. Location is perfect for the airport bus which is why we stayed here. The mall across is decent for a safe place to walk around and get some food.     Great hotel, be careful with the area at night

    Great people at reception (speaking English) eager to give information about the town and tours. Breakfast is excellent, also at the same place you can have dinner which is tasty and mid prized. Rooms are nice and clean. I had a great stay, nice views from the top floors.     Best quality-price in a harsh neighborhood

    It's also right that the pillow were the flufiest I ever had in a hotel, but also the cleanest.The room was spacious, we also had a desk with a comfortable chear, a coffe table and a big couch/armchair, a comfortable king sized bed plus a delicious the breakfast included .     Comfortable, clean place for a one-night transfer. Close to the bus station. They have an in-house restaurant which was a great option for dinner since we didn’t want to walk around at night. Wifi and breakfast was splendid.     Very Unsafe Neighborhood

    Chose a Best Western b/c we have Diamond rewards status and use them often. When I found Santiago had one I booked it online through the BW web site and everything looks beautiful. When our driver picked us up at the airport, the first thing he asked was why we decided to stay in this neighborhood. He told us please don't go out at night so we did not. The next day we ordered an Uber to take us to the Historic District where we had a walking tour booked. Again our driver asked why this neighborhood. So to be fair ... apart from the area with it's homeless people sleeping on the streets and in the parks ... the hotel itself was just fine. It was clean and offered all the amenities that we needed. It had a lovely breakfast and some of the staff were able to speak a little broken English.
