Location

The business hotel is located on Avenida Alonso de Cordova 5199, Las Condes, a few metres from Araucano Park, the new business centre and the Las Condes shopping centre. Bellavista is a 20-minute journey on public transport and Vina del Mar is around a 90-minute drive from the city hotel.

Facility

100 single rooms and 110 double rooms are located on 18 storeys and can be reached by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. There are a number of shops, including a souvenir shop. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park. Other services include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, room service, a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. To assist guests with their business and communication needs, the business centre offers a fax machine.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Rooms have a double bed, a queen-size bed or a king-size bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. Wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms are also available. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The indoor and outdoor pools are ideal for exercise as well as relaxation. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the terrace, where guests can enjoy a quick break or relax for hours. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, aerobics and a solarium.

Meals

The dining area includes a non-smoking restaurant and a bar. Bed and breakfast can be booked. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day.     This hotel is located in a safe, quiet area with easy access to the Hop on hop off bus stop. There is also a very large mall with many restaurants and shops. The buffet breakfast was reasonably priced and offered a nice variety of items. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Special thanks to Steven and Jesus for all their assistance.
