    Reasonable hotel and not 5 star. Check-in staff didn't ask for a room deposit which later led to confusing conversations about our late laundry and paying for meals at the hotel. The room was very dark and the shower showed aging. Service in thier restaurant was poor but better in other parts of the hotel. At the time of this review, the hotel's street was cut off at one end due to Metro upgrades which made driver pickups confusing and hectic. I feel it is fine for a short stay but I recommend shopping around.

    Really liked this hotel. We had a premier suite which should have had city views but it was too low down so they gave us a free brekkie on one morning and we were pretty happy with that. Room was great - huge comfy bed, free water and coke in the mini bar and plenty of space with windows which open. We hired bikes and briefly used the rooftop gym and bar. Honestly no complaints - really happy with it all. Staff were fabulous

    Fantastic stay. Room was very spacious, bed was comfortable, pillows were excellent, shower was okay. Free water and coffee in the room. Could see the Andes from our window. Lots of natural light, plenty of mirrors and sockets. Location was perfect, two minutes from the supermarket. The rooftop has a small pool and a few sun beds which seemed plenty during our stay as were always available. The staff were fantastic at the bar, really welcoming and friendly. Food was amazing, such a vibrant selection from steak to ceviche to seafood, full of flavour. Cocktails were just as good. Would always stay here if visiting Santiago again without a doubt.

    The hotel is location in a great location, close to lots of good shopping and restaurants. It is quite dated. And could do with some updating in the rooms. The breakfast was good. The food in the the restaurant was nice. It was clean. Bed was comfortable.

    we spent four nites here Feb 22 2026, the hotel is in a great location in Providencia very quiet and near to the metro, main streets. The rooms are clean and tidy, there is cold water bottles of water in the fridge which are free, which was a blessing, the breakfast is great also a wide variety of cold and hot foods, the little chorizo sausages were to die for.Upstairs there is a roof top bar which is open so there is always a nice breeze blowing the beers were cold and the view of the Andes in the background was awesome. would I stay here again? most definitely.
