    This hotel gets so dishonest of so bad. It's actually dishonest because you charged for a service that you didn't orest and refused to return later.     The worst experience. The hotel is terrible, the rooms are dark and small. Dirty. Poorly lit. Unhealthy. Terrible service. They charge you at the entrance and if you cancel they don't give you your money back. Horrible breakfast with no options. The worst hotel we have ever been to. It must be the worst in Santiago.     TERRIBLE HOTEL, HORRIBLE ATTENTION, THEY DO NOT RESPONSE FOR DISSATISFACTION

    My family stayed at this hotel on July 6th for 4 nights and unfortunately our first impression was disastrous. The rooms were not as they looked in the photos, they lacked space and the decoration was limited to a red metal chair. Also, the bed was uncomfortable and the bathrooms were dirty, with water leaking everywhere. The next day, when attempting to check out early, we were informed that the owner would refund us for any unused nights. However, since then we have received no response or at best only vague responses. Not only have they not returned the money, but they have also demonstrated a lack of honesty in their dealings with customers. We are in the process of registering with Senac and filing a lawsuit.By far the worst hotel in Providence, there are several nearby that are excellent. Don't fall into that bad experience.
