    Very good hotel in an excellent location. The surrounding area is quiet and feels very safe. The staff were attentive and breakfast was good despite having to go to a neighbouring hotel.     Such a wonderful hotel. The location was exceptional and the staff fantastic. Valentina was very kind and attentive to our inequities and requests.

    They made a mistake on my tax paperwork and i received a bill for nearly $100 in tax!

    This hotel did not properly submit my paper from customs for tax exemption, and I received a bill for nearly $100 USD in tax after i left Chile. When I inquired about it and gave them a chance to explain, the person gave me the run around and clearly could care less! Beware!     Quiet place, away from the city's noise

    This hotel is located in a neighborhood so it is a very quiet area. You have to go to another location nearby to have your breakfast. It is quite a nice walk. The breakfast provides a variety of options for everybody. The staff is very friendly and polite. Special thanks to Matias, who was very informative and gave us ideas on what to do in the city. The room was spacious and provided a small kitchen area, including some utensils. The view of the city is spectacular. The bathroom might need some deep cleaning in some areas that show a few dark spots. The hotel is near the Costanera Mall, and is within walking distance. Definitely a good and quiet place to stay, near the craziness of the city life.
