    We called arriving in Santiago, and it was very quick to be given a clearance and we arrived and everything was ready.

    The place is comfortable, we went in March with my partner, at night you sleep excellent because you do not hear a noise, extremely quiet. Excellent building security, attentive throughout.     Dirty Room within Central Location

    We recently stayed at VRSuite for a quick getaway in Santiago. Although the location was great (which is why I rated this room a 2 instead of a 1), the room was very dirty. There was food in the fridge and thick films of dust along the tables and beds. The bathroom was also disgusting with layers of dust in the vent. There also isn't any air-conditioning in this building.This building is very similar to an apartment complex except they rent out rooms. The lobby personnel seem to oversee the building itself and would not know about "VRSuite". The managing office is actually in a room numbered 102. All in all, I would definitely spent a bit more money and stay elsewhere.     Ended up staying here for 5 nights on short notice. Perfect if you want to self cater supermarket and bakery very close.We ended up in 2 apartments- the first the lock broke and the staff couldn't have been more helpful in terms of relocating us to an alternate space.Easy to the metro etc. There's no cleaning service, but basic stuff for you to clean with. Good choice for value, location and some self catering.The reception in in a dedicated apartment, which isn't apparent when you book just have them send you the details.     We had a great time at VR suites. The staff couldn't be more helpful and friendly and the location is great if you are willing to stay in the city centre. If you're looking for accommodation in Santiago I'd definitely recommend you to have a look on VR Suite.
