Location

The city hotel is ideally located just 5 km from the centre of Temuco and its most important business offices, the train station and numerous restaurants and shops. Facility

    Clean & Comfortable Hotel in Temuco

    We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel, and found that it more than met our needs. The room was large, modern and clean, and the staff were quite helpful. They also provided a nice breakfast selection. While not particularly close to the downtown area, there is a grocery store and outlet mall nearby.

    Personal spoke good english, we got quick and correct service, that is not so in every hotel . For us it was important, we were late, tired, hungry. Street was a little noisy, but anyway we slept well. In the morning yard was clean and fresh like after rain- what a nice beginning of the day.

    We were a family of four who stopped in Temuco on a road trip south to the lakes region. Check-in was easy and quick and the room was spotlessly clean, on par with much "nicer" hotels. I had an incredible nights sleep and we enjoyed a perfectly suitable continental breakfast in the lobby in the morning before continuing our journey.     I have stayed at the same hotel chain throughout the US but the Chilean hotel was far superior at all levels so I could definitely choose this hotel chain again. The breakfast was excellent and the front office was so very helpful.     Best hotel in Temuco: always the same standard of service, the same guest-friendly attitude, the same efficiency when a problem presents itself...
