  Tranquil apartment just a few steps from the sea

  These apartments surpassed my expectations - large and airy with two en-suite bedrooms and an extra toilet, loads of storage, a large living room with a small dining kitchen, and a lovely large balcony overlooking the gardens and sea with chairs and loungers. We booked with Jet2 so had access to all of the Sheraton facilities other than the beach loungers. The pool is large and plenty of sun loungers available (we were there in mid August so should be okay anytime).Special mention to the lovely housekeeper and her team, the place is spotless, they work around when you are in the apartments and are happy to provide extra towels/coffee etc and she greets you with a smile every time 😀 Dario Matic, General Manager at Maistra Select Srebreno Villas, responded to this review Dear SandraO955,Thank you for choosing villas Srebreno for your recent stay.   Review from UK family of 5 booking through Jet2 holidays

  We have come back from 10 days as a family of 5, with three children aged 11, 14 and 15 To clear up any misunderstanding about use of the Sheraton Pool and hotel facilities. As a Jet 2 booking, we had full access to the Sheraton hotel facilities, including use of the outdoor pool and sunloungers on the beach. We had key card access that allowed us in the beach gates and we could use the pool.towels, sunbeds throughout our stay. We believe that if you book independently through the hotel directly or other tour operators this is not the case and you cannot use the pool. Please bear that in mind when booking. It clearly states on the Jet2 site you can use the pool but that's only if you book through Jet2. If you book the apartments directly you do.not get use of the Sheraton or the pool. It also isn't clear that in the 2 bed apartments you get an ensuite in both bathrooms. We were pleasantly surprised on arrival to find two bathrooms with double sinks, shower, bath and toilet in each bedroom. Very helpful with teenagers! There was also a third separate toilet.We had two children in one bedroom and the third was set up on a double sofa bed in the lounge, which was perfect for us.Kitchen is small. Two hobs, no oven, there is a microwave and fridge (but no freezer) A kettle is provided and a Nespresso machine and pods are provided and topped up daily Cleaner is great. Towels replaced daily and bed linen changed every few days. Location is fabulous. A few steps to the beach a nd a few steps to the pool, best of both worlds. It is relatively quiet with a few restaurants scattered around. We ate out every night and always found somewhere to go. Dubrovnik worth a visit /, we took the ferry from the harbour takes about 30 mins. Would highly recommend these apartments, so much more space than a hotel room and great facilities.   What a location...truly spectacular location and views. Highly recommend this venue for early season holiday kick off. It was quiet, relaxing and just perfect. Staff were extremely helpful and pleasant to deal with. Villa and hotel were spotless.   4th visit and we will be back

  This is our 4th visit and we love this place. Staff all super friendly and the villas are beautiful. We will definitely be back next year.The villas have a great view and are close to the sea and all amenities that srebreno has to offer. Great spot for families and couples.   You can't use the Sheraton outside pool in high season

  We were due to stay the villas in August as we had stayed at the Sheraton last year and loved the area but the Sheraton could not accommodate us as a family of four in one room and as it stated we could use the facilities at the Sheraton (best of both worlds) . However, on reading reviews we could see that there was a charge involved in this so as we are a family of four i wanted to gage what we this would cost. In the end we contacted the Sheraton direct who informed it was 28 euros per person per day (Adults) children 7 euros. This unfortunately this does not include the outdoor pool (this was the main reason for using the Sheraton as we had children) - non Sheraton guests can't use the outdoor pool in high season at any cost. If we had of arrived and found this information out it would have been a huge disappointment to us. The apartments look beautiful and the area is so lovely but i felt i needed to inform people of this in case like us had booked on the basis they could use the Sheraton pool. We have since cancelled this booking but only on the basis that it didn't meet our requirements and for no other reason. And i have rated it a 3 as i needed to put something. I am not complaining i am just trying to make it clear for people.
