    Pasadia Pool H Beautiful Caribbean

    rating31 Aug 2025

Piscina H Bello CaribeTo book we had to go to the hotel. All the phones were broken. Including the advertising of networks. Amazing! Folder q answers by asking. Delay when paying n folder. Little offer n pool bar with expensive prices. The pool is not pretty. It's not tiled. Fine with rub and paint s l coating. It is not very clean despite the fact that workers are bent on cleaning. Abundant chairs, sun loungers and shade sheds. Nice music. Quiet Mood. 1/2 day... cast! We had to go to the lobby bar to get juice. There are + offers n l loby bar q n l pool bar. Lunch is long overdue. He arrived at 2:45 pm. Good lunch. Very attentive to the staff of the pool. Despite the regrets we had 1 good pass. Originally submitted in Spanish on www.tripadvisor.es. rating03 Dec 2024

a 3 star hotel but very cozy, good hygiene, comfort in the rooms, make very good food, the service is very good, its workers are professionals, the restaurant La Estancia has very good offers and variety. Quiet atmosphere , surrounded by greenery .Clean pool with various gastronomic offers and careful attention to national and international clients. No place to rest and enjoy with the family. Frozen in the 50s

    rating20 Mar 2016

This hotel seems to be frozen in time. Almost post-apocalyptic, but in a quaint way. It reminds me of a Cancun style all inclusive resort that was frozen in the 50s. You can see elements of its former elegance. Now, however, it needs some TLC. The bed was hard. The pillow the flattest I have ever seen. The shower small. There was hot water. Breakfast was fine. Bar prices were amazing and the bar tenders were great.Hotel security was helpful and all staff were lovely. Leave American standards at home and it is fun to experience this place. The bar is loud and music can be heard through the hotel long into the night. Take earplugs or, just stay up and dance!

    Very Rough Property

    rating18 Mar 2016

I stayed at this property for 5 nights this week as part of a cultural exchange music tour, and I was not impressed. The hotel's location is bad - you are a good 25-30 minute drive from Old Havana, which is very inconvenient. I understand the hotel can't just pick up and move, but it's still worth mentioning. The staff I encountered at the hotel were nice, which was one of the few positives (front desk, breakfast, cleaning, bartending, etc.) - this was nice to see. The hallways outside the rooms are ridiculous - many of them on the third floor, where my room was, were completely missing a ceiling (so all you saw was a stupefying myriad of exposed wires, lighting, etc.) That was unacceptable. The rooms are bad at this hotel - dirty floors and windows, uncomfortable beds and pillows, very old TV hung in the corner by the window, intermittent AC unit, dilapidated furniture, etc. The bathroom was also poor - disgusting shower stall floor, stained toilet seat, dirty sink, etc. The faucet water came out intermittently and in inconvenient spurts, which was not helpful. Toilet flush was slow. Water pressure in shower was actually good (and there was hot water), so that was a pleasant surprise. Multiple other rooms in my group reported large cockroaches in their rooms, which is disgusting (but luckily wasn't a problem in my room). There are two elevators leading upstairs to the rooms - one was broken and the working one was extremely cramped and rickety. Also, these 2 dirty, sharp metal bars pop out of the frame and close in on passengers entering the elevator about 3 seconds after the doors first open, which was ridiculous. The bar in the lobby was a nice touch - prices were very reasonable and service was decent. There were also plenty of places to sit. Breakfast was served each morning in the adjacent dining room and was pretty good - there was a hot buffet (which seemed questionable but maybe I wasn't adventurous enough) and an array of safe continental offerings (toast, rolls, juices, coffee, etc.). Right off the lobby was a small convenience store with bottled drinks, cookies, chips, alcohol, etc. which was a nice offering with decent prices. WiFi is nowhere to be found at this property, which was disappointing but not completely unheard of for Cuba. The on-site pool that was advertised was not filled with water and was completely in need of repair, so that was a bummer as well. Overall, this is not a good hotel in Havana that should be avoided.
