  Great service from Yailema. She was very helpful and friendly. Always on hand to offer any assistance needed. She made the trip worthwhile. Yailema suggested the the best places to eat, drink and enjoy the city of Habana.

  The experience is great and I have a wonderful stay. The attendants are pleasant and willing to make your stay a memorable one. The service and the hospitality is commendable. I will visit again anytime soon

  I had an amazing experience at this resort, it has a great location so I could share with my friends and walk in Havana. The staff is kind,specially Kiara,from Customer Service. The food is excellent and I love Coffee at nigths. I just wanna comeback again,see you all soon.

  Had a excellent time, service was great, staff was attentive and courteous. Kiara always listened and greeted with a smile. Very beautiful heart. The area was nice lots of scenery. Friendly natives are always very helpful. Can't wait to return.

  difficult to rate because it depends of what you want.the goodprice, location, bed, clean roomsthe badbreakfast - horrible with really bad service. i went twice just because i was in a hurry. i recommend a little café at the corner of 25 streetHot Water - in 7 days there was hot water twice, once in the morning and once in the eveningThe pool - they rent for the day to non guest. this is a small pool that gets crowded easily. i didn't use it, not even one day.AC - function ok but whith a lot of noise.Elevators - most mornings they dont workThe hotel for me was just a place to go to if i were in the area because i have a house in Havana. if you want a hotel where you will use its facilities, this is not a good one/
