We, four friends (between 55 and 77) from Germany, spent wonderful days in Havanna and felt in love with the people and the breath taking city.The hostel LA SINGUARAYA is a cosy, peaceful, very friendly and clean place where you can relax after a tough day of sightseeing. In the evening you can enjoy excellent restaurants only few food steps away from the hostel. Here we really found hidden, unexpected stars.Many thanks to the whole team of the hostel. You all were so helpful, polite and became real friends to us in only few days. YOU MADE OUR HOLIDAYS to one of the best days in our life. All the best! Staff are lovely and super helpful. I would definitly revisit. The hotel is just 20 minute walk from old havana, and the room is clean, tidy and comfortable. The 5 stars went to the staff first of all. So helpful, kind, and try to support you in any way.Special thanks to Daniel. He made my trip easy with some tips and helped me as a first timer.I dont usually write reviews but this plavse deserves it!!The hotel or Casa itself is clean, very nicely removated, and the old 1920 house. Internet is USD per stay but good and fast. THE BF is basic but delicious.Location is good 20 mins from old havana yet quite.The area is safe! A green oasis in Havanna - small and lovely

We had a really nice stay in this charming hotel.Every morning we enjoyed the freshly prepared breakfast ( fruits, pancakes, eggs, toast and juices) in the beautiful garden of La Siguraya - It was our small tropic oasis inside Havanna as shown on the profile pic of the hotel. The room was clean and the shower, toilet and air condition worked perfectly. The staff was amazing and very helpful. We cannot say this often enough: "Thanks a lot for your help with the transfer to cayo santa maria ;-)" La Siguaraya is localted only a few walking minutes away from old havanna and the Capitol - We enjoyed that a lot, because we saw more than just the touristic places. BB in Havana

This hotel was the first location that we saw in Havan, It is more like a BB location. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. As I wrote, the staff was great, the bed was comfortable. The problem was there was no seat on the toilet stool, the wifi connection was bad, you needed to be in the rooms close to the lobby to get a connection. and the area of the hotel is very poor with a bad smell.
