    Disappointing stay

    We stayed from March 19 to 26, 2026. The apartment was clean, beautiful, and spacious enough for 5 adults (could fit 6). The AC worked perfectly.However, we encountered several issues:Kitchen: There was a lack of basic kitchenware and dishes, making it difficult to prepare breakfast and dinner (we were on the European plan).Main Pool: Booked 4 months in advance, yet we were only notified the day before arrival that it was under repair. Although it was supposed to open on the 19th, it didn't reopen until the 24th. We had to pay for beach access elsewhere to enjoy our stay.Customer Service: When we asked to upgrade our 'welcome fruit punch' coupons to a smoothie or an alcoholic drink as a small gesture for the pool inconvenience, staff categorically refused. Very frustrating and a lack of commercial gesture.Great place, but the service and kitchen equipment need improvement."     The three-bedroom apartment was large and clean. It lacked some kitchen utensils for cooking. Food from the only restaurant opened was good. Conveniently located for exploring the island by car (grocery store and restaurants nearby). But really disappointing by the fact that the pool was closed longer than we had been informed. The email we received stated that the pool would open on March 19th at 5 PM. We received a notice on our room door saying that it would now open on March 24th. Since our trip was from the 19th to the 26th, we were only able to use it for one day during our stay.
