Location

Located at the Piscadera Bay, near an apartment building and 5 minutes’ drive from Willemstad, Curaçao’s historic and commercial capital. Blue Bay Golf Course is around 15 minutes' drive away and Hato International Airport is also just 15 minutes away.

Facility

The resort has 196 rooms, which are located on 5 storeys and are reachable by lift. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. The grounds of the resort feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include a 24-hour security service, a babysitting service, a childcare service, a car hire service, medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hotel doctor and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Most units include a balcony with sea views, where guests can relax and linger a while. All rooms are carpeted and include a queen-sized bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. An ironing set is provided for guests' convenience. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a radio, an alarm clock and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. Slippers are included. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A hairdryer, a vanity mirror, bathrobes and a telephone are available for daily use. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The resort has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. The wide range of activities offered at the resort ensures that there is something new to do every day, including cycling/mountain biking, tennis, bocce, beach volleyball, volleyball, basketball, crazy golf, golf, fishing and horse riding. A wide range of sports are available, including water sports such as windsurfing, jet skiing, canoeing, sailing, catamaraning, kayaking, snorkelling, diving and aquafit or, for a fee, banana boat rides. Sports enthusiasts are also offered a wide range of indoor activities, including a gym, table tennis, billiards, bowling, yoga, callisthenics and aerobics. Various wellness options are available at the resort, including a spa, a sauna, a steam bath, a beauty salon and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a casino.

Meals

Dining facilities include a breakfast room, a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A continental breakfast buffet guarantees a great start to the day. At lunch, guests can choose between à la carte and a set menu. Dinner options include a buffet, à la carte and a set menu. Diet meals, vegetarian dishes and children's meals can be prepared on request. In addition, special catering options and snacks are available. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. The resort offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    The resort was very clean and had a team of very professional personnel all deartments. The rooms were very clean and tidy. The food at the buffet and restaurnts were excellent and had a variety of choices. The overall atmosphere was great.

    Worst All Inclusive In Curaco RUN!!!!

    DO NOT STAY HERE. I’m a travel agent and wanted to try it so I can tell my clients. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!! We stayed in 3 rooms in 2 nights. No compensation. Moved at 12/1am each time due to no AC or air movement.

    We had a fantastic time in Curacao. Dreams was a good resort. We had a large group which made it fun. The resort was clean but dated. People were very friendly. Plenty to do on the island and never once felt unsafe. Beach was small, but clean and super clear water. The only lower point was the food. It wasn't bad, it was just average and most of the time, it took a while to get it unless going to the buffet. Sometimes certain restaurants would be closed and others open. They also needed more bar staff/servers, but you could still get drinks, it just sometimes took a bit. They are like most other places, looking for people to work.

    Visited Dreams the first week of May 2026. I was pleasantly surprised, after reading negative reviews. We were booked for 7 nights all inclusive in an Ocean View King Room thru Air Canada Vacations.Room: spacious, clean, tons of hot water, everything worked. The air conditioning could have been a bit colder, my preference, but Hubby thought it was fine. Hint- keep your drapes closed when not in the room as it will heat up with the full wall of glass! Spectacular view! Bathroom wasn’t huge but was well appointed. We were extremely happy with our room and location next to the elevators on the 3rd floor. No noise noticed from the elevators. Elevators worked great. Maid Service: This was the only disappointment we had. The maid did not show up 2 days in a row. But all the other days she did a great job. I did talk to the front desk about the absence after the second time so it would be noted. Thankfully the guys who stock the fridge showed up daily with pop, beer and water.Beach: Small but lovely. Never had a hard time finding a chair even at 10:00 am. Really liked the huge palapas! They provided lots of shade all day. Sand was a light brown. Crystal clear water with plenty of fish. Water was a nice temperature. Highly recommend bringing your own snorkel equipment. Lots of fish to see!Grounds: Resort is very small, that was a plus to us. Everything was kept very clean. I think the public bathrooms could use a refresh, but they were clean. Lobby bathroom had a “smell”. I preferred to use the bathroom over by the coffee shop or the one by the seafood restaurant/beach. Pools were really nice and clean. I liked that they weren’t shallow, deeper than many resorts I’ve been to. We spent most of our time at the beach, shade was harder to come by at the pools. There were Bali beds but were all taken by the time we’d wander over there in the afternoons. Lots of loungers but could use more shade. If you smoke, there is a lovely smoking area by the main bar, outside the lobby with chairs and tables, but no shade. Because the resort is small, it was no problem to go there to smoke. This is the only place you can smoke. Bars/Drinks: we thought they were really good, especially at the main bar outside the lobby. Everything made from scratch. Bartenders were a mixed bag, some very pleasant, friendly, some not so much, lol, but no terrible line ups and they took care with every drink they prepared. I was really surprised at the lack of tipping by the guests. These people are working hard, in the heat, long hours. Maybe that’s why we received good service? We always tip well.There were 3 bars. The main one by the lobby, one by the snack bar, and a small one by the main pool. Food/Restarants: We found the food good, and had zero complaints about the food. We ate at the buffet for breakfast and one lunch. Snack bar most lunches and no reservations for the 3 à la cartes at night. Our favorite was the Italian , the steak is really good, the lasagna too! Actually we found all meals to be fine. Be aware that on Thursdays there’s a huge outdoor setup bbq buffet and fire show, over towards the pools. Excellent! Don’t miss it!We ordered room service one night. They said an hour but it came faster. Food was good! Get the fried chicken! House salad was good! Big portions, we ordered too much lol! Coffee Shop, don’t miss it! Nice people working there, handy for sandwiches on the trip home at airport. Coffee great! Bought souvenirs there, prices were ok. Entertainment: this was lacking if it’s important to you. They have daily activities and sports but at night not really much. We just watched from our balcony. Karaoke was fun tho, and the fire show was spectacular!!!We don’t care much about entertainment so it was fine with us. We spent 2 days off resort, one to Williamstad and one catamaran Blue Finn to Klein Curacao. We actually took the local bus to Williamstad, cheap, easy, and interesting. There’s a bus stop just to the right of the resort entrance. $2.00/person.Staff: to us, they were very nice, friendly and always asking how we were. All in all we found this resort delightful. Is it a Dreams in Mexico? No. I have been to dozens of resorts (I’ve given up writing reviews on them all) but felt this one deserved a review as I feel it’s getting a bad rap. I think they are improving things everyday there to try to bring it up to Dreams standard. I think it was excellent for the price point and will certainly return again.
