    Great hotel for BVV visit with kids

    We visited Brno with our 3-year-old daughter for the kids festival at BVV and stayed at this hotel. While it doesn’t look very modern from the outside, inside you’ll find everything you need for a comfortable stay.The rooms are spacious and cozy, breakfast had plenty of choice and covered everything we needed, and parking was available, which made things much easier. The highlight for us was the kids’ corner for toddlers — our daughter absolutely loved it!If you’re looking for an affordable and family-friendly stay in Brno, especially when visiting BVV, this hotel is a great choice.

    This is a good place to stay if you don’t want to stay in the centre. It’s a short walk to tram stop to get just about anywhere. The reception was modern and staff helpful and spoke good English. Don’t forget you will need to pay city tax but it’s not exorbitant. 2 lifts to upper floors. The bedroom was a little dated but clean and well supplied. Needs were 2 singles which can be pushed together which is a European standard. Nice to have couple of comfy chairs and table in room. Good size cupboards. Fridge is useful. There is a safe which I didn’t use. Nice to have tea and coffee making stuff. I was in 204 which was on back of hotel and had a balcony. Couldn’t get the tv to work but I am sure reception would have sorted-I didn’t bother as I am sure progs are in Czech which I don’t speak. The heating works well but was a bit warm for me so opened patio door. The hand shower as well as the bath takes a while to warm up. If using bath the plug didn’t seal well but I carry one which did work.Breakfast was plentiful with both hot and cold options. Plates etc cleared promptly. Choice of teas/coffees and juice. You can order drinks from bar and minor snacks but for lunch or dinner you need to go next door for sister hotel. Happy to stay there again.

    Overall we liked this hotel. Rooms are very spacious and there is a very relaxed atmosphere, the staff is great, the breakfast is good and we liked the location of the hotel. What we didn‘t like is that in the bathroom instead of the shower there is a bathtub.Also, there is no AC in the room but we really don‘t mind that since there is a fan in the room.

    Old smelly and not really pleasure experience. The stuff is fine but the level of the hotel is very low. Its claimed to be refreshed but they definetelly havent touched the rooms furniture nor equipment. Breakfast is OK good standard but doesnt the overá impresion.

    We stayed for one night in the room 325. Very decent rooms: everything was clean, spacious rooms with a great wifi signal. Special thanks for a fan that made our night fresher 🙂 it was also quiet which was importantAlso breakfasts were diverse and actually tasty 👍
