    I'm usually a big fan of Zleep. It is the concept of value for money and the rooms are neat and very clean. Thus, it has always been a good experience. Right until my last visit. At first it was very difficult to find the hotel. There were no signs on the hotel and the GPS was not very helpful here (I came by car). So after spending some time finding the hotel in a very dark neighborhood, where many of the lights around the hotel do not work, it succeeds.But it was only now that it became complicated.I came at a time when there was no service. That's fine enough. I've tried this before in other hotels. I can get into a wind catcher - and I can see the check-in machines in the reception area. But I can't get into them. Fortunately, there is a 24/7 hotline. I'm trying to get in touch. The phone rings I can hear in one or another call center. It won't be taken. I'll try again. Nor did we have luck this time. It happens five times - and then it succeeds. Finally, I get in touch with an English speaking person. It tells me that I need to enter a code. A code? I have not explained this at any time. I have a reservation number - but not the three-digit code that I obviously need to get an access card that can open me into the hotel and my room.I get the number and enter it - then there must be a card to nap in the crack of a slot machine. That's right. Unfortunately, it is not possible to open the crack so much that I can get the key card.After several attempts, it succeeded. Now I can finally access the hotel and my room.The room is - as always - good and everything is absolutely perfect. It is also a very friendly receptionist who checks me out in the morning.
