  The hotel is in the center, large parking, clean and air-conditioned rooms. I would have expected something more from this hotel, but still good

  Quite possibly the most disappointing hotel stay I’ve ever experienced. This property is in appalling condition, from the elevators to the hallways to the rooms, all utterly depressing and completely worn out. It would not be an overstatement to say this property is a decade past it’s required update.I paid €270 for a “Superior” room on Executive Floor 10 (the only difference being a dirty coffee maker and a bathrobe) - I feel totally ripped off and any goodwill to The Brand gone completely. I’m Marriott Titanium and can assure you that none of my 80+ nights per year will be in Radisson Group Hotels after this fiasco.The self check in terminals didn’t work and the parking iPad registration farcical. The room carpet was dirty and worn, the bathroom unpleasant and outdated.Don’t be fooled by the marketing images on the website, this place is a tired, soulless dump. Senior Radisson Group Management to be advised.

  Nice hotel in Aarhus with some things to be improved upon

  Stayed here for a weekend trip in Aarhus. The location is really good since the hotel is in walking distance to almost everything. Even if you’re not traveling for business, the hotel is still conveniently located and doesn’t feel “corporate” in the way that it’s only made for business travelers. All the staff were really nice and helpful and tried to attend to our needs. We were greeted warmly and sent to the presidential suite, which we were upgraded to due to Radisson Rewards. Upon leaving the elevator, the top floors of the building were extremely hot since the building is effectively is a greenhouse. This is obviously not the hotel’s fault and does not affect the rating, but is worth mentioning - especially since I imagine the housekeepers must be very hot through the summer.Anyways; the room was marvelous. Indeed gorgeous and with beautiful views over Aarhus city. We were incredibly impressed and appreciative of the upgrade and enjoyed our time in the suite. However, there were a couple of things to improve upon; The design was clearly dated. Although an effort had been made to modernize it, the bathrooms still looked like something out of 2005, and although the main area had hardwood floors, the bedroom was a carpeted green floor, which at this point is just outdated. The main bathrooms (yes, there were two!) had a dual-showerhead cabin which was old and worn by the very hard water in Aarhus. I completely recognize that you can’t cater to everyone’s design tastes, but since every other aspect of the hotel was clearly renovated recently, with lots of modern Nordic touches, the room left something to be desired on that front - especially with the accompanying price tag if one had paid full price. We were greeted with a handwritten card and welcome gift in the room, which is Radisson standard, however I was a bit surprised by the fact that it was two bite-sized Summerbird chocolates and nothing else. The breakfast was delicious with copious amounts of coffee as well as wellness shots and cava, plus Danish pastries. We enjoyed the ambiance, and the staff was super nice, but the breakfast wasn’t stocked that well throughout the last hour which is sometimes a problem. Whether this is to minimize food waste, I do er knows but it did result in some of the things we wanted simply not being available any more. All in all, we had a fabulous experience at the hotel and really appreciated all the minor Radisson touches as well as the extremely talented staff. The room was spotless and also had turn-Down service the last night which was greatly appreciated. Great parts of the hotel were extremely nicely designed, and with the general ambiance of it all, we will definitely be back. Thank you so much again for your attentiveness and the upgrade, we look forward to being back!

  Typical faceless international business hotel with some clear issues with renovation. As you will easily tell from all other reviews, the bathrooms in the rooms are intolerably dated. This is not worthy of the name Radisson.Other than that: the room was spacious and clean, mattress felt new and comfortable and the room was clean. The breakfast is on the less impressive side, with a rather limited selection, but really nothing to complain about seriously. All in all, just another charmless business hotel that could be located anywhere in the world. Only thing I really want to point out explicitly: the service at the reception (check-in and -out) was exceptionally friendly and helpful!
