    Attention! This hotel cancels reservations purchased online that have already been paid for, charges the hotel directly and does not refund duplicate payments. In other words, you will pay twice for the period. We tried to resolve this issue but they did not help us. Be careful!

    NEARLY ELECTROCUTED - DO NOT STAY HERE!!

    This hotel is a complete scam - DO NOT STAY HERE!!We booked through Booking.com and after we checked in we found there were EXPOSED LIVE WIRES in the room. These sparked and very nearly electrocuted me.The toilet didn’t flush, the bathroom had stagnant standing water in it and the whole room was awful. It was also right next to an old creaky elevator shaftWe left and demanded a refund, however this is apparently through a Booking.com partner offer, and neither the hotel nor Booking.com will take responsibility for the absolute farce.Worst hotel I’ve ever EVER been too, avoid at all costs.

    Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Booked s superior double and a twin. Was only told when checking out I had been down graded. I would never have known.!!! The room was shabby, old, dirty and the bed had three mattresses on it as all were such poor condition. The twin wasn’t much better not much better. The bathrooms were old and in poor condition. The towels had seen better days. As for the breakfast we took one look and walked out. Never stay again. The only thing going for it is the location but rooms bare no resemblance to the website.

    Whilst the staff was super kind and helpful, the hotel was in a dreadful state. Old rooms straight from the 70’s, old bathrooms, a 180 degrees difference between pictures in the site and the reality. Despite putting the cleaning sign out of my door before 9:00 am (a very bizzarre request in an of itself), the room was never really cleaned with beds undone and towels not changed. While asking (and paying) for a queen size bed we were given two separate (children?) beds with very minimalistic frames and a gap in the middle. When asked for a change the excuse was that the hotel was being remodelled. It’s OK but then if you offer a 70’s room, you should charge 70’s prices…Evidently the pictures in the site are rendering of how the rooms will look like when the hotel will be finished but this is borderline a scam.It was a real pity because our visit to Copenhagen has been nothing short of enchanting with a great impression of the city, and its citizens (including the very friendly staff of the hotel).

    Very cosy and quiet little hotel, nice neighbourhood and outstandingly nice beds! Nice coffee lounge with free coffee and tea. Breakfast is nice and fresh. Parking is very close to the hotel, but is quite expensive. Would certainly like to spend time there again!
