  DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS HORROR PLACE!!!!!!!!when me and my friends first arrived we was so tired. we got to the check in and the man at the counter gave us the wrong keys and we walked into another couple in there. so when we got back to the check in the man was on the phone and we had to wait 30mins for him to finish. and when he was done he gave us so much attitude. In the room there was stains on the bed and dirty sheets (which made us physically sick and made me break out) when we checked out the bathroom there was skid marks in the toilet bowl and dead cockroaches in the bath tub. we physically couldn’t bath or shower because of how disgusting so we had to walk 10 mins to use the beach showers.we brought food from a local food place and came back to the picnic area and it was brown and had little maggots inside the wood which made my friend puke on the spot do not come to this place it has terrible costumer service, bad hygiene and more. terrible place and did NOT give us a refund

  !!!!!! ATTENTION !!!!!!PLEASE DO NOT BOOK THESE APARTMENTS.Hello good day.First, when we arrived at Bavaro Green, we were very badly received. The woman was on the phone and stayed on the phone during our check-in process. Then the young man showed us our two separate apartments, mine was 311 and my aunt's 313.So 311 was dated and the air conditioning unit in the living room was broken. The windows were not secure (lock was not secure) and the lock fell when the window security was checked. In room 313, my aunts' room was a little better, although there was no working bathroom light. She slipped out of the shower and fell because she didn't see the shower pass in the dark. *All within 12 hours* We did leave after that to find another apartment.*After pointing out that my windows were not secure in my room 311, the women in the office reluctantly moved me to a third floor of two rooms, and upon arriving in both bedrooms, the two air conditioning units were not working. I had to leave my room and sleep on the floor of my aunt's apartment without air conditioning and the heat was unbearable. (When the security guard tried to explain all issues the women quickly silenced him.)Now, after a long haul flight, this was a nightmare. Now we feel exhausted due to this HORROR APARTMENTS me and my aunt had to look for better living conditions elsewhere. This is not acceptable. As this should have been our first day exploring the beautiful country.We wanted our full refund to help us immediately look for another apartment but at not surprise the apartment owner didn't refund us. Infact made up lies to booking.com that we left because no beaches were nearby. I will explain my answer to this in the part of the review where it asks wha we didnt like.We have videos as evidence. Booking didnt want to accept as they only accept photos for some strange reason as the videos show all what was wrong.!!!!!!!!!!!!! AVOID !!!!!!!!!!!!

  Booking said price included taxes and fees. I was frustrated to be charged an additional USD 40 cleaning fee on arrival. Please beware that you may be charged additional fees on arrival! ☹️ Room was ok. Outside looks a bit dated, needs some TLC. Quiet area. I don't recommend this hotel based on the additional unexpected cleaning fee.

  The worst !!!Roaches in the room on the bed No cleaning service (they just give you sheets and you have to make your bed)Not friendly and lazy staff (extremely lazy) No welcoming feeling or assistance will The safe is not workingBroken furnitures Run away!!! IF you still plan to stay there at least be sure that you are autonomous and familiar with Dominican Republic.

  Horrible stayed from September 29 to October 28 2024. Luckily we only needed the place for shelter as we purchased a property and were taking delivery of our unit and couldn't wait to furnish our place to get out of Bavaro green Firstly the pictured on the website are totally deceiving. Upon entering our room 324 the decor was atrocious and so dated. The fridge wouldn't hold the cooling and our food purchased was totally waisted see Pic of fruit punch and mold started because the fridge was not working properly we advised the useless receptionist and took her 3 weeks to send someone out. The kitchen cupboards were an embarrassment to even look at and cabinets were old. Pictures are being displayed as this place will use excuses and blame us but the truth is clear and they need to fix this place up. Not fair to anyone who books here expecting the pictures shown and end up with crap to use.If you need your laundry done do not have this place do it. We gave them two separate loads on separate days. The first time we gave them 31 pieces and were charged $12 us. All was OK but the second load approximately 1 week later we gave them 21 pieces which included 3 brand new beach towels purchased from Ole their version of costco and the 21 pieces were delivered to our room and the lady demanded $20 us for the washing. So how does one charge $12 for 31 items and $20 for 21 items. She wouldn't give them to us unless we paid her extorted rate . So I paid her and she leaves right away. Turns out she ruined our 3 brand new beach towels and my wife's brand new black shorts as she bleached the crap out of them.I brought the items to the receptionist to show her and she needed to investigate the bleaching and get back to us. I also mentioned the over charge of the washing. She asked to keep our clothing that was ruined to talk to the laundry service. Little did we know sge kept our peices of clothubg to wash them again to try to get the bleach stains out. We tried for 2 days after this to get our clothes back but we couldn't because either she wasn't there and we couldn'treach her. So she gets back to us the next day and says the woman never used bleach and we bleached our clothes ourselves Sure we carry a bottle of bleach with us when traveling and then we use the Bavaro green to wash our clothes. So full of lies All she had to do was do the right thing and she puts it on us. Totally lies and so wrong. She will say the service is an outside 3rd company but it's not. It's the Bavaro Green employee and not another service that they have no responsibility for the damages.The pool was a joke. I booked it primarily for the pool as we traveled with our 4 year old and knowing our unit delivery wouldn't have access to a pool yet. The pool had a leak and when we got there literally the pool only had two feet of water in it and was useless. It took 7 days to fill as they have a small garden hose filling it daily. The pool leaked the whole time of our stayThe room itself was set up Horrible as they have one key card that opens the door and then you need that card to run the electricity and lights and ac unit that is in the bedroom. They have it set up that you need to keep the bedroom door closed to have the ac unit working and when it worked was not great. So the kitchen and family room were like bring in a sauna.The cleaning service was minimal and after we complained about the bleaching was non existant.Worst place to stay period. Anything this woman posts about my review if it's a rebuttal will be all false and just another cover up to how awful this place is.We're from Canada 🇨🇦 and we don't have high expectations but we expect what we see on your site to be truthful and not of old run down stuffGet your act together and post real room pictures.Do not book this place. You have been warned.P.S one guy from the states was doing damage control because he too was deceived and his wife was pissed. Poor guy felt bad for him and he wanted to surprise her with this vacation and Bavaro green a disasterJust stay away
