Location

This complex has a lift and a reception desk. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Dining facilities include a restaurant, a café and a bar. Refreshing drinks at the beach bar are a perfect way to enjoy warm weather. All-inclusive can be booked.     We have been to Bahia Principe Punta Cana before, and this time we stayed at Escape Aquamarine—it was a wonderful experience. The restaurants offer fabulous food selections. Breakfast and lunch at the buffet had a great variety of choices. The beach was beautiful, with plenty of space to relax. A couple of days were rainy, and there was some seaweed on the beach, but it was cleaned up regularly.The rooms we had were a bit outdated, but staff were quick to fix anything when needed. Everyone was very helpful even if they didn’t speak English, they would find someone who did. Overall, it was good value for the money, and I would definitely recommend a stay at Aquamarine.     What a beautiful resort. A 5 for us. loved everything about this resort. Our rooms to the food to the staff, especially Coralina and Maria serving in the buffet and Juan in the pool area getting us our drinks. Beautiful well maintained resort.     My wife and I stayed at Bahia Principe Aquamarine from April 16th to the 23rd, and after reading some negative reviews, I honestly don’t understand where they’re coming from. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was exceptional. The food was consistently good, and the entertainment added to an already great experience.We stayed in Building 71, which was perfectly located—close to everything and very convenient.One highlight of our trip was renting a beach cabana at the Aquamarine beach for two days. It included wine, a fruit tray, and attentive service throughout the day, with ice always available for our drinks.I especially want to recognize Liciana at the beach. Her service was truly outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. She made our experience even more memorable. I sincerely hope her hard work and dedication lead her to a management position one day, because she absolutely deserves it.Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return.     I spent two weeks at the resort for the seventh time. I would say some things are changing with Hyatt Resort now taking over the operation of the resort. I always request a lower floor in building 85. Upon arrival, they had me on the third floor, which my legs can not do. They suggested building 72103 for a temporary fix for the night, until they could see what would be available for building 85 the following day. Their is a lot of construction going on with buildings being gutted. Building 72 should be next, because no one should be given a room there. When the guests above have a shower, the water cMe through the ceiling dripping into the tub. The caulking is basically gone and the gaps are noticeable. The beds are like bricks. The balcony looks onto the construction. No one who paid good money should have to endure any nights there period. I got out the next day thank God. Thank you to Wagnor at the front desk !!!I stuck to the buffet as my go to. It never disappoints. The food is very good. The soup is amazing. The staff is so warm and will assist in any desire to accommodate your needs. A shout out to Germain & Ulyssa who are always so nice. Kudos to the rest of the staff.The Sports Bar offers an amazing cheeseburger and chicken wings. The playoffs are on and 🏒 is a must. The staff is very warm and welcoming there.To the gardeners who work tirelessly on keeping the grounds maintained ... you are truly amazing. A huge task but they always get the job done.The tram system which transports guests to different locations is excellent. Sometimes there is a language barrier misunderstanding, which is understandable. I would like to do a shout out to LEO who saved me after being kicked off a tram in the middle of the resort, trying to get to the front gate to go golfing. I had surgery on the leg and can not walk too far without limping. Leo, your amazing.The entertaining staff are truly the spoon the stirs the pot. They go from 11am till 12pm. They have unreal stamina. 👏 They interact with all the guests. They encourage everyone to get involved. Kudos to you 👏 I heard a complaint from another guest regarding a topper for their bed. They have back issues and put in a request while originally booking their trip. They are a returning guest. They never did get the topper. They may not come back as they enjoy a good night's sleep. To all the Belle Provance guests who think their stay is more important than other guests. Get a life. Find an island where you can all go to. Merci buckets.All in all, a good stay.     Had a great stay here the buffets are good, the rooms are nice and big the beach was beautiful and well kept. Our cleaning lady Ignacia was very good and kept the room clean I also want to mention Carolina too who was good too!
